I dont see the "edit options" button thats suppose to be on the top right hand corner. I need to download and run a program and I need to click that to do it, what do I do ?

Or how do I download a tool bar for firefox, or run a program like you do for internet explorer?

It's Orientation Lock, which will kee the screen from rotating when you rotate the device.

Do you have the most up-to-date version of the app? Did you upgrade to iOS 6? Did you check to make sure that the developer has updated the app for the new OS? Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears? Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?

If your email client (Mail) it set to never delete emails from the server, they stay there waiting. The server doesn't track what you've already downloaded, so a new setup of Mail just grabs whatever it finds on the server. You can change this in Settings, but for now, you have all your old emails to sort.

It has the Icloud icon in the top right hand corner of the cover and if i click on play it starts to download from Icloud again and it does this each time i wish to play it, the same now happens to all my purcased movies which of course uses additional ISP download allowance. Before the recent update and lay out of Itunes this didn't happen i just purchased a movie and downloaded it then synced it to my ipod and enjoyed it. But now this latest movie purchase will not download to my ipod. I have sent the problem to Itumes and if there is answer i havent received it. Appreciate any advice

You may need to download a lower resolution version of the movie in order for it to sync to your iPod.

(Q) How to get the cheque no. When I do invoice and payment?

You take it into Apple and ask for an "out of warranty" replacement. It will cost a (reasonable) fraction of the cost of a new iphone. The cost cannot be given as you do not say whereabouts in the world you are. You can get the price if you search appropriately the internet.
