Open up the Adobe CC desktop application. There should be an Install or Try button, not a Download button, next to PS in the CC desktop app list.
It sounds like you’re using a browser with https://creative.adobe.com/products That page should work, too, but clicking the blue Download button is going to try to start up a program locally on your computer and you may have answered Disallow at some point in the past or you may have some internet security program that blocks such things so nothing is starting up.

I, too, am having a serious problem with my iTunes.
It shows that iTunes is taking up usage on my computer but there is no error message when I try to open it. Nothing even happens. iTunes does not come up and I am searching for a possible answer.
We recently had a power outage but we got power back Sunday and when we did iTunes stopped working. Before this incident iTunes usually worked and when it didn't a simple re-start was used to fix it. However now I have tried that several times and it is not working.

I am trying to download/install Creative Cloud on Windows7 but when I click on the "Run" button nothing happens

The Creative Cloud appears as if it is downloading/downloaded, so I go to click on "Run" and my mouse and website window border flashes for a few seconds and then stops with no signs of installing the Creative Cloud.
Can you give me some indication as to why this is happening?

Most people have no problems with installing firefox as an upgrade, but there are quite a few things that can cause problems. Please have a look at the articles

Post back after you read them and say what you tried. Have you ensured you used an admin account, possibly needing to check the UAC setting, and that security software is not blocking the changes. You should certainly try starting in firefox's [[safe mode]] either from a menu/icon option or by holding the shift key as you attempt to run firefox.
Is the browser icon you see on the desktop, and a firefox icon ?

There is a checkbox above those two options for how to sync. It says Sync Music; it enables automatic syncing. That box needs to be checked before you can select from the two options for how automatic syncing is performed.
NOTE: If the iPod is current set up to Manually manage music [and videos], checking that Sync Music box replaces its current content with content from your iTunes library, based on how automatic syncing is set up on that screen.
So, if your goal is to add ONE playlist to an iPod that is managed manually, you do not want to do this because iTunes will erase the iPod's current content and replace it with just that ONE selected playlist (and whatever else you select on that Music settings screen).
Instead, if the iPod currently uses the manual setting, you need to add playlists manually to the iPod (not use the automatic syncing setting). Please post back with more details about your situation.

Unfortunately, Apple removed the feature to "browse backups" in Time Machine backups of iPhoto a few years ago.
You have to restore the entire iPhoto library to a separate location to be able to "see" it, and then choose the specific images that you want use.

1) Quit the App Store, wait a few minutes, then open it and check the Purchases tab. Is there a progress bar.

The external hard drive must connect to your Mac using a USB or FireWire connection.
Note that the hard drive must be formatted in Mac OS Extended (Journaled) to work correctly with the iPhoto Library and be backed up to the Time Capsule and with the backups of your Mac.

I have been messing with this and 4 other problems on this laptop for the last 32 hours. I'm getting tired and frustrated. Also, I haven't even put music on THIS Laptop because on my other one, I ended up with at least 5 copies of EACH SONG. Let's see 636 X 5 = 3,180 and they were in EVERY POSSIBLE LOCATION!!!
