I downloaded my info to itunes and now I am trying to retrieve it and can't find it. How do I find it?

I downloaded my info on my iphone 5 to itunes and now I can't find it. Please help.

You don't download info to iTunes. iTunes can perform a backup, and iTunes can act as a conduit to sync data to supported applications. So what is it that you think that you did, and what are you trying to do by finding it?
