I downloaded the new version and it will not work on my sytem

I have used Firefox for the last three years with no problems. It asked me to download an update version 6.01 and now it will not work at all!!!???? I have cleaned it out then reloaded still the same issue will not hook up to the web page

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features(Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
and paste into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

I downloaded the newest version and it will not open

A screen kept popping up saying I needed to download the latest version of Firefox because I was susceptible to viruses. I hit download and the latest version downloaded and now Firefox will not open at all. I have a Mac OS X 10.5.8 and I have to "force quit" the program because it will not run at all. I have also had a problem with Firefox randomly quitting on me and exiting out of the windows I have open.

I can not access FireFox. I re-downloaded a new version and it does not work. It used to work.

I have tried restarting the computer and that did not work. I have checked access and it should be ok.

I have downloaded PSE13 trial version and it will not work with Windows 7

I have been using PSE 13 for 3 months with no problems. When I launch the Editor in PSE 13 this is what I get -
"Adobe Photoshop cannot run on this computer because this version of Photoshop requires Windows 7 or later"
RAM 12.0GB
64 bit operating system
Intel(R) Core(TM)I7CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz
Windows 7 SP1

Good morning, I installed ios6 on the new iPad and siri will not work. Each time I try to use siri she says "uh oh, I'm having a problem. Please try again. I have tried turning siri off and back on again. Resetting the iPad, resetting the network, turning Airplane Mode off and on again. All to know avail. My iphone 5 works great and so does my wife's iphone 4s with ios6. I have called Apple support but there only suggestion was that the servers were busy. If that was the case my other devices would not work either. Plus the servers wouldn't be busy for four days. Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. I was looking forward to using siri on the new iPad and other folks don't seem to be having a problem.

Then you need to change your device details as this still says iPad2.
It's very possible Apple's servers have been busy for 4 days as not everyone downloaded iOS 6 on the day it was announced. I downloaded it last Friday, myself, as an example.
There are a millions and millions of people using Apple iDevices.
Just because everything went fine with the iOS 6 updates of your iPhone 4 and 5 doesn't mean something couldn't have gone wrong with an update to your iPad3
If the iOS update missed something during the download, I am not sure how to go about re-downloading iOS 6 to fix the issue you are having.

Delete [http://kb.mozillazine.org/sessionstore.js sessionstore.js] and sessionstore.bak in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Profile Folder]
* Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder
If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note).

I have moved my Photoshop CS5 to my traveling computer,a Surface Pro 3. I have photoshop loaded but in trying to look at raw images it says my camera raw does not support the sony alpha 65 which is what I have. I went out and tried to download the newest raw version and even went out and did a zipfile download and it will not update my current version. What should I do

I have 6.0. Tried to download newest verion and it will not download. Went out and then downloaded a zipfile and it still will not download, thus cannot look at my raw pictures.

How can I remove apps from my itunes library in version 11.0.0.163? The checkbox is no longer there in the new version and I do not see a drop down menu.

In the new iTunes version 11.0.0.163 I tried to delete a free app but it still shows after I deleted it from all my Apple devices. The checkbox in the previous version of iTunes does not seem to be present in the new version and I do not see a drop down menu. And there are no Help menu choices either. I guess, I will otherwise wait for the new update to iTunes as of 12.10.2012.

With iTunes 11 on PCs the drop-down menus are hidden by default - control-B should get the menus to show

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

Welcome to the Support Communities! When did you purchase your Mac? The first thing I would suggest is to review the information in the resource below for the Up-To-Date Program for Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
Once Yosemite is installed, you should have the option to Accept the Pages, Numbers and Keynote apps in the Mac App Store Purchases pane.

So when you plug it into your computer, you're not getting a message in iTunes that it has discovered a phone in recovery mode?
Reboot both the computer and the phone and try again.

As newer iPhones and iOS versions are made, apps start to drop support for the older versions of the iOS. It looks like you have fallen victim to this. I commend you for sticking with the original iPhone until now, but it looks like it's time for an upgrade if you want to use apps that have dropped support.
