I forgot my passcode and i connected the iphone to itunes the problem is its not backed up and i have important stuff on it is there any way i can get my password without restoring please and to just prove that it isnt stolen the iphone has my name

i connected the iphone to a new itunes it told me that its restoring and itwill take 5 more hours and i did as told although i have so many things on the iphone i dont wanna lose then for my luck it suddenly opened again and it asked for the passcode please anyone help me get it is there a way that apple can open it for me and a huge proof that it isnt stolen my apple id is on it my pictures my name and everythingso please help as soon as possible and ill be more than thankful

The short answer is no. If you don't remember the passcode, there is no way around it. You have to restore the phone.
