I formatted my computer and need to reinstall Photoshop CS6. How can I do that?

Hi guys,
I've got a yearly subscription to Photoshop CS6 (with monthly payments). I formatted my computes, as it suddenly crashed. How can I re-install Photoshop into my computer and continue enjoy my subscription?
