I go into the app store, press install for an app, put my apple ID password in, and it takes me to "the new terms and conditions". However, there is no accept button on the last page nor any other pages. How do I accept the terms and conditions?

I want to be able to download apps, but I am unable to. I have turned it off and on again, I have went out of the app store and then went back into it again, I have even waited a couple weeks before trying to download it again.

No. You need a computer with iTunes and an internet connection.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Why is the app store charging me for iWork apps like Pages, Numbers, and Keynote?

I purchased my MacBook Pro November 30th, 2013 and they told me that I would be able to get iWork apps for free. I went into the App Store in my laptop and after I confirmed my apple ID I saw that there was a cost on Pages, Keynote, and Numbers when I was told it was supposed to be free. What can I do?

You can't. Password is required & the only time not required is within 15 minutes of use. Password is no longer required for App updates.

Mac App Store showing updates for an app I didn't purchase

The Mac App Store keeps showing updates for 'Nyan Cat: Lost in Space', but I have not purchased this app. When I click 'update', it shows up with somebody else's email address, which I did not recognise, and if I try to enter my email address + password it does not accept.

If you have already updated to Pages 5.2 on your Mac, you may be trying to open the file with a previous version of Pages. If this is the case, you have two versions of Pages on your Mac & are trying to open Pages 5 documents with Pages 4. Are you launching Pages from an icon in your Dock? Installing the update does not change the Dock icons & it does not remove the older versions. Go to your Applications folder & launch the new Pages from there then right-click on the Dock icon & select Options > Keep in Dock.
Installing new versions of iWork has never replaced existing versions. This is nothing new. The only thing new is that the '09 apps are moved to an iWork '09 folder if they were purchased from the Mac App Store. If they were installed from disk they should already be in a separate folder in Applications.

NSURLErrorDomain error -1012 keeps coming up when I go to the app store to check for any updates.

I am receiving the same error when I try to refresh the updates page but was able to download the Digital Camera Raw update without issue (this update was displayed on the page).
Have not tried the 10.9.3 update...

I was having the same problem, I had to go into iTunes on my laptop and agree to the terms there, and now i can download apps on my iPhone.

I've paid $ 3,99 for Xcode for Snow Leopard. Now there is a new Xcode for Lion, so I downloaded the new one but the installed continued to be the old one. Now App Store says "Installed" and don't allow me to re-download Xcode. How can I proceed?

I've paid $ 3,99 for Xcode for Snow Leopard 12 days ago. After installing Lion I saw there is a new FREE Xcode for it, so I downloaded the new one but after installing automatically Xcode for Lion the Developer folder contained the old one. I deleted the old Xcode but the App Store says "Installed" and don't allow me re-download Xcode.
How can I proceed? I'm guessing whether this problem will occur each time I buy an application from App Store.

Yes, that's righ, Xcode installer was in the Apps folder. I assumed it had been automatically installed and the installer deleted after installation (the same way as Lion is installed).
I tried also the procedure for redownloding applications, and MAS showed both Xcodes (Lion and Snow Leopard) and OS X Lion. We see that buttons for Lion and Xcode for Snow Leopard say 'Install' but Xcode for Lion says 'installed' because there is an Install Scode in the Apps folder.

The iWork 9.2 updater is for those using Mountain Lion. Why do you want to update to Pages 4.2 if you're still running Lion? There is no benefit & many users have had problems.
That being said, you must make sure the applications are where the installer initially put them. The updaters are very picky. If the location is not where the updater is programmed to look or if the folder doesn't have the name the updater looks for, it will not work. The applications cannot be renamed or moved. All three applications must be in the iWork '09 folder in Applications. That iWork folder must be named iWork '09. If it doesn't have the '09 Software Update won't find them & the updaters won't work.
Now, choose Software Update from the Apple menu, from System Preferences or launch the Mac App Store & click Updates. You should get a window similar to this screenshot. Now click the Update button next to iWork 9.2.
