I got a year subscription to cc but it asks me for serial numbers i don't have when i download the software
I got a year subscription to CC and then i went to download some of the programs and now it asks for a serial number, i didn't get any serial numbers from adobe and i thought they would just work when i signed in with my adobe id? am i supposed to have a list of serial numbers somewhere?
The Email that is associated with Forum does not have any CC attached with it, please let us know if you have any other Email under which it has been registered.
CC mostly asks for serial number if:
1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.
2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.
3. The activation count has increased.

The prompt is asking me for a serial number (which I wouldnt have since I downloaded the trial from the website. How do I activate it with my Adobe ID? I'm trying to update my iphone, but when I download the software update and then when it is "complete" a message pops up stating that it has been timed-outed and to try again later. This is the 5th time i've tried. And i am getting very annoyed. Can anyone help me?

Do I have to buy Acrobat before I can get Adobe Reader? I have an ID and password for Adobe, but when I try to download Adobe Reader it asks me for a password I don't have.

You do. Your system is either Windows or Mac (or maybe a couple of other less popular choices) and a version of one or the other.
When you set up your machine, you were asked for an administrator user name and password. You need both of these to install software. -
why is it when i download the software update for iphone an error pops out when downloading is finish and processing file is being done...i've already tried several time but still the same result.

If she can't remember the ID/password, she will need to go to https://iforgot.apple.com to recover it/reset the password or she will have to call Apple and speak to someone in account security.

Did you receive a verification email when you subscribed? If not, please check your junk mail folder. You'll want to follow the link in that email to verify your purchase.
Also, make sure that you're signing in with the same Adobe ID and password that you used when signed up.

Hold down the Option key while you boot your Mac. Then, it should show you a selection of devices. Click your flash drive and it will boot from that.

I see the page labeled "manage" my subscription, but I can't figure out where to go to find the link to download the software to my laptop. I have it installed and running on my desktop machine, but I thought I could run in on both my desktop and my laptop using the same subscription.

Try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

I just purchased a month to month subscription for Acrobat Pro and I am getting an error when I try to download the software. after about 50% of the way, it just crashes.

JTFI am having the same problem - the install crashes around 40%.
I am using MAC OS 10.10.2 and purchased Acrobat Pro monthly subscription. The error message is:
'Acrobat installer has encountered an unexpected failure. Please try again. If it continues to fail, contact Adobe support.'
I have tried several times but keep getting the same error message. Any ideas?
