okay well another question the track pad on my 11 inch mac got stuck and wouldnt work and i took it to the apple store and had a tech look at it and he said it was working and i got home and it still wouldnt work so i took it back again to another tech and he said the guy before didnt fix it right and he said it was broken and that i needed a new track pad and he said he would replace it but they didnt have any trackpads in the store at the time but he fixed it enough that it barely works but he said i needed to come back to get a new trackpad because he fixed it enough that it would only work for a short period of time, so i went back the other day to another tech and told him and he said that since it still works they wouldnt do anything about it. but it barely works and barely clicks down should they fix it since the one tech told me it will only work for a short time and that if i came back they would replace my trackpad ? i have apple care and i am still under the 1 year warranty.

Run App Store, authenticate with the AppleID used to register the Mac and check in the purchases tab. If you're entitled, the iLife apps should appear there for re-download.

I plugged in my phone to my macbook to transfer images. I pulled ou the usb cord without ejecting it properly and all the pictures from my phone got deleted and didint get transfered. Is there any way I can recover my photos They are really important.

My MacBook was wiped of all my music and everything else, and now my iTouch is the only device with my entire music database. My iTouch is old. (Version 6.1.6, Model number: MC547LL/A) Is there any way I can put all the music on my iTouch back onto my MacBook? I hate that I could lose my entire music library by dropping my iTouch in the toilet.
I've tried to plug in my iTouch into my MacBook, but I can't seem to give the music-transfusion without subscribing to iTunes Match or just completely wiping my iTouch.
PLEASE HELP MEEEEEYour i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself independently backed up against loss. To use a device with a different setup you transfer the old library from a computer or a backup directly to the new setup, not the device to the library. Media syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.

It cannot be installed. It comes pre-installed on every iPhone 4S and later. Maybe it was disabled under Settings > General > Restrictions.

iOS 6 only added support for the 3rd generation iPad. It was always on the iPhone 4S. Then the same goes for your boss: Maybe disabled in restrictions, or maybe actually an iPhone 4. -

I am running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit (desktop) and windows 7 ultimate 32 bit (laptop).
I have just finished a scan with Super Anti Spyware on my desktop and 36 adware threats were revealed. When I looked at the address of each one, mozilla firefox was included as part of the address. Is this genuine, or could it be part of an elaborate scam?My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

Thanks for the question. I understand that your iPhone is disabled after incorrectly entering your passcode too many times. To resolve your issue without the use of iTunes, you can use Find my iPhone:

Use Find My iPhone
If you enabled Find My iPhone, you can use it to erase your device.
Go to icloud.com/#find to see if you enabled Find My iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of your browser window.
Select your device and click "Erase [device]" to erase your device and its passcode.
Use the Setup Assistant on your device to restore the most recent backup of your device.
