I got my hardrive replaced a few months ago when it crashed. I don't have iPhoto on my computer anymore, is there a way to get it back at all or do I have to buy it?

You must use the same Apple ID used for the original iPhoto purhcase.
Open the App Store then select Purchases from the menu top of that window.
Click Download to the right of iPhoto.

After Upgrading to 10.1, all clips have lost the audio component. Is there any way to get this back?

I have recently updated Final Cut Pro to 10.1, after this upgrade (as well as an upgrade to Maverick) non of the video clips in ANY event or project have any sound component. I have a backup of the project and event files before the upgrade, but I have no idea how I can get the clips back and if I do how I can update the numerous projects I have that no longer have sound. Has anyone else had this problem, if so were you able to fix this? Or am I just doing something wrong?
The clips have no wave form when I look at them so it's almost like they have been stripped of sound. If I goto the event browser and say reveal in finder, I am taken to Original Media, but these are tiny files that can't be played in VLC - they almost look like shortcuts or dynamic links or something...
Can anyone help me get the adio back on these or should I revert back to a previous time machine backup and not update to 10.1?

Not sure what made the files lose the audio, but the solution for my issue was:
In Final Cut, right click on a clip in the event viewer, Reveal in Finder
Close Final Cut Pro
Export orginal clips from Aperture.
Copy exports into folder that the original meda was in, replace all
Open up Final Cut Pro
Load project again, it will start analysing the audio...
Job done

I keep my itunes on two external harddrives. And I sync one or the other to my computer when changing up my playlists on my iPod. Well I usually download my music to my computer and then move it over to the harddrives and then I erase the music from my computer's harddrive, but only the music! Well on accident I erased the whole itunes folder from my computer. I still have all the music on the external harddrives but the library registry on the computer has been emptied! Plus my computer will not recognise my iPod anymore. So I need to sync my iPod with my computer and I need to fill up the registry or what ever it is called in my iTunes library on my computer so that I can change around my app and music selection on my iPod. restore from a backup dated prior to when you synced to the new computer.
ideally... were you backing up to icloud? if so, erase all content and settings and restore from a backup in icloud dated prior to when you synced. Camera roll backs up I believe and those photos will show back up

I was waiting to find out the correct email address of that person, put in in and then sen it...Is there a way to get it back somewhere on the ipad or in some cached folder?

There is no cache where the emails would be stored on the iPad, but you could try quitting the mail app and then launch it again and see if the emails return.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Tap the home button. Then try mail again.

Your signature says you have 10.6.8 - is this correct? (It it isn't please amend it to prevent confusion).
Assuming Snow Leopard, iCloud has not been deleted - it was never there. The minimum requirement for iCloud is Lion 10.7.2 (Mountain Lion preferred): the iCloud Preference Pane does not appear on earlier systems - the MobileMe pane appears on Lion and earlier but is non non-functional - you cannot now open or access a MobileMe account.
You can set Snow Leopard up to access the email on an existing iCloud account which has been set up on a compliant device, and you may be able to sync iCal using an unsupported (and possibly unreliable) hack, but no other facilities will work. You cannot open an iCloud account on Snow Leopard.

Download the free app My Contacts Backup and use it to back up the contacts on your device now (it will back them up as an attachment to an email that you send to yourself). Then restore your device to your most recent backup to see if it will recover your contacts. If not, if necessary you can open the email and tap the attachment to re-import the contacts you have now back to your device.
If you need to restore to an iCloud backup this has to be done in the initial setup process, which requires you to first erase your device. If you have any more recent data on your device now that is not in the backup that you want to save you'll need to do that first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. You will then go through the setup screens on your device, and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup (see image below). Howdid you buy iPhoto originally? Did it come preinstalled on a new macwith MacOS X 10.7 or later? Then you can download it from the Purchased tab of the AppStore:

Veranda Magazine is a free app available for iOS devices in the iOS App Store. You then purchase a Veranda Magazine subscription from within the app. In other words, the app itself is free, but the contents are not.
There is no way to duplicate or import this to a Mac. Your Mac runs a totally different operating system.
iBooks can now import to Mac since OS X Mavericks came out about a month ago. But that does not apply to magazines or iOS Newsstand publications.

Your only way is if you have the version that was compatible on your computer such as in the recycle bin/trash or in a computer file backup. In that case delete the current version that is in your iTunes App library and replace it with the older version. Then sync.
