When going to payment information, why does it say to "please contact customer support to complete this transaction"? How do i fix this to be able to purchase apps again?
Why? Presumably because there is a problem of some kind.
How do you fix it? By contacting customer support I presume. It's certainly the best (and probably the only) option available to you. -
CC Tab says "Download error. Please contact customer support."
When I started my laptop this morning CC had a red ! on its icon and the follwing message under Apps:
"Download error. Please contact customer support."
I've got 2 issues with this:
I don't recall downloading any apps yesterday
and the handy link does not send me to customer support, in fact I couldn't find any way to send a message to "customer support" and spent too much time looking. (maybe you guys could change the wording to something else--everybody has other things to do)
The question is how do I make this message go away? I tried quitting and restarting CC
FYI-yesterday I removed 3 adobe internet plug-ins because I prefer Safari the way it is. CC worked fine with those removed before the restart so I'm guessing its unrelated at this point.http://status.creativecloud.com/ shows everything green, but when I go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud I get a

Adobe application manager - download error. please contact customer support
trying to download cc apps to my laptop (my second computer) - mac os 10.8.3 - safari browser (failed w/ firefox too)
been having this issue for a couple months... want to clear it up befor the new cc releases
so I just uninstalled and removed all adobe apps from my computer - including the adobe application manager
restarted my computer (shut down my desktop) - downloaded the 'new' adobe application manager
tried to log in and got the following error (same error I have been getting for months)
adobe application manager - download error. please contact customer supportI renamed the OOBE folder to OOBE_old
but I cannot find the opm.db file -
I do not seem to have a library in my user h2oonstone folder...
I did search the HD for the opm.db file - says nothing found -
I'm trying to download Photoshop CC and Flash CC...

I work for a University. We've purchased a few copies of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI boxed software. It's been working great all along. Now, it won't work at all. Error as follows:
"The serial number you entered has expired.This product cannot be licensed. Please contact Customer Support. Provide a serial number."You need to do what it says... contact Adobe Customer Support. We can't help for two reasons (a) we are not Adobe staff (b) even if we were, we can't examine private serial numbers in a public forum.
When you contact them, best to have all the paperwork from the original purchase in case there are difficulties with a supplier etc. -
Trying to update creative cloud, comes error: The installation program could not access the important files / directories. Try to run the installer again. (Error code: 43), please contact customer support. The same error comes updating Muse. Mac 10.9.5. What shall I do?

Thanks for the suggestion. I eventually got in touch with Adobe Technical Support and it turned out that my Adobe Application Manager was not the latest version. They downloaded the latest version and installed it and that seemed to solve the problem. I was able to install my CS6 Creative Suite and validate the serial number. All seems to be going well at the moment. -
