I had downloaded a app and i hit a inapp purchase that i did not want to buy but it had purchased it and had charged me it did not ask me for my username or password or even to buy it had just gone straight through

hello im new to this community and ive done in app purchases before however this inapp purchase was wrong and had charged me 109.99$
it did not prompt me or ask for my username and password, it also never asked me if i wanted to cancel or buy the **** thing it had just gone straight through
my question is how am i to get my money back please someone help me

All purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support and explain what happened and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
To try and stop it happening again, you should be able to turn off in-app purchases on your device via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and (depending upon what iOS version that you have on the device) you might also be able to set 'Require Password' to 'Immediately' on the Restrictions (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need to be re-entered)

    Reset passwords
    etc.
    Nothing seems to be working.

    I have the exact same problem, it suddenly just started asking for the iCloud or iTunes password, practically every 5 seconds, no exaggeration. Even more frustrating than that, it rejects the password I enter, even though I'm positive that it's correct!  I can barely go from screen to screen without this infernal box popping up, and forget texting or using an app.
    After resetting the password & turning the phone off & on a few times, I just finished restoring it and the bloody pop-up was the first thing that came onto the screen when it restarted haha. I hope someone can help

    Are you connected via wifi? If so, and it is an option, try connecting using a ethernet cable. It sometimes seems to help as it can give a more reliable connection for the 5.3gb download.
    If you do manage to download it you may want to make a copy of the installer file - which gets downloaded to the Applications folder - before running it as it self-deletes on successful installation. It may save you another monster download in the future.

    I would say to start by looking on their web site... unfortunately, that appears to be dead.
    Based on the horrible ratings on the App Store (1 star for the current version), I'm not surprised it doesn't work well.

    is your wifi network 100% open then?
    if your router have a default name rather then one you set
    then maybe it's trying to connect to another wifi network with the same name

    Try these 3 possible solutions:
    1. Restart iPad
    Hold down the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPad. To turn iPad back on, hold down the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears.
    2. Close inactive Apps
    Double-click the Home button; hold Apps down (in the Task Bar) for a second or two until you see the minus sign. Tap and close all inactive Apps.
    3. Reset iPad
    Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the red slider.

    Check Settings/iTunes and AppStore/AppleID and make sure that your AppleID is filled in. If not , sign out and sign in with the correct info.
    To make sure that no other apps or videos are on your device than the one you bought, set it up as new device, explained here: How to back up your data and set up as a new device
    Content that is not bought with your ID can't be used on your phone, that's why his ID and password is asked when you try to use those apps downloaded in the store.

    - Is the app compatible with model iPod and iOS?
    - Have you tried downloading the app directly to your iPod?  If y are logged into the same itunes account that purchased the app the first time you will not be charged again.

    I don4t exactly know what you mean, but if you installed the Oracle Server on your Windows 2000 box you can log in to Oracle using useracount SYSTEM with password MANAGER or SYS and CHANGE_ON_INSTALL.
    This has nothing to do with mySQL though

    Hold down the home button and power button at the same time, ignore the power off slider until the Apple logo appears.

    I would like to add:
    you have incompatible software: start in SafeMode, read Woodmeister and see if it is free of issues.
    Akamai is crap software needed or not, Huawei the same.
    It is very possible that the keygenerator you used for generating a key for some softwares has infected your mac.
    The non-regular software with the false key(s) are not compatible probably or generate malware. Luckily you can not update them automatically because the keygenerator blocked the software for contacting the developer... I propose to consider getting rid of those softwares by really good uninstalling.
    You have a beautiful mac, don't degenerate it with crapped software. There are alternatives for expensive software, for example Adobe Photoshop has a free alternative (with a less beautiful interface) in GIMP. And so on.
