Not fully au fait with iCloud. I don't use it. But if you have done a backup to iCloud then this might help. This reply will refresh your post thereby giving others an opportunity to comment. If you have failed to make sure that any apps purchased on the iphone were transferred to your computer before updating, then you will have to redownload.
Open itunes store, click Purchased, under Quick Links.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Certainly after losing everything once, you started doing the basics and have a backup copy.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( twice), then you can transfer itunes purchases from the iphone: Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
Make sure that you have your computer authorized to your itunes account.

When you are the Family Sharing organizer, purchases are billed to your account unless the family member making purchases has an iTunes Gift Card or iTunes credit on their account. The attached article has more information on how this process works.

What I may suggest in your situation would be to discontinue the Family Sharing and use iCloud calendar sharing. Using this method keeps your accounts separate but allows you to still share your calendar.

Hello, I was trying to purchase Whats app, when I try to enter my credit card info, it keep telling that my security number don´t match, but my credit card got charged, 3 time in a row. I can send a screen capture of the message telling that already charged my card.
How can I fix this problem? I mean how can I download the app or get the credit in the store or get my money back?

Why is my iMovie taking up so much space and how can I get my data back?

For some reason, unknown to me, my imovie app is taking up 6.5GB of my data. I have three, small (less than five minute) videos and I am wondering how to get rid of whatever is taking up so much space and what could possibly be filling up my ipad. It is strange because a four hour movie takes up only 3GB and fifteen minutes of video takes up over 6. Something is definitely not right. I just want to know how to get rid of whatever is taking up so much data while keeping my files in tact.

Had the same problem and read a few posts. Easiest fix is delete and reinstall imovie. Clears out all the data that imovie takes up by recreating temp files which you can't seem to delete when you upload videos to YouTube

Songs that are imported manually from cds or flash drives are randomly deleting from my iphone 5. Sometimes I get an error -54 message first. Sometimes not. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

I have an iPhone 5 16g ios 8.2 and it keeps randomly deleting the songs I manually put on from cds or flash drives. The songs I purchased from iTunes don't delete just the ones I manually add. It has happened three times, once after I added 399 songs, once after I added 27 songs and once when I added 45 songs. Sometimes an error (-54) pops up but not always, it's just in an instant all the songs I put on are suddenly gone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes three times, reset all the settings on my phone and also restored my phone to factory settings. Nothing has worked. I have a 4th generation iPod and I have never had this problem. Any and all suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My first suggestion is to Repair Disk. Here's how:
Insert Installer disk and Restart, holding down the "C" key.
Go to Installer menu (Panther and earlier) or Utilities menu (Tiger) and launch Disk Utility.
Select your HDD (manufacturer ID) in the left panel.
Select First Aid in the Main panel.
(Check S.M.A.R.T Status of HDD at the bottom of right panel, and report)
Click Repair Disk on the bottom right.
If DU reports disk does not need repairs quit DU and restart.
If DU reports errors Repair again and again until DU reports disk is repaired.
If DU reports errors it cannot repair you will need to use a utility like Tech Tool Pro or Disk Warrior

After firefox updated last time, adobe updated as well, now whenever certain sites load, I get the a program needs you permission to continue which is Adobe DLM. What's up with this and how do I get it to stop?

The problem started when firefox updated on startup. This screen is what vista puts up whenever you are about to load something new. I have already installed the adobe update twice and yet this continues.

The Adobe DLM is not required for Adobe products to work. You can uninstall it by opening the Windows Control Panel and selecting Add or Remove Programs. In the list of programs select Adobe DLM (may be listed as Adobe Download Manager) and click on remove.

I have a Ipod nano with only 128 songs (6mb) with no videos or anything but 128 songs..the ipod summary says i have 3.02GB of "other"...what is this "other" stuff and how can i get rid of it so i can have more songs on my ipod?!

The Other section on your iPod consists of a number of different things, including album artwork, your iPod's software, files you may be storing externally on it, games, and a few other things. However, it can usually include corrupt files from failed sync operations with iTunes. Usually the Other section should only be a small fraction of what's stored on your iPod, usually less than 1 GB.
So it sounds like your iPod may be corrupt, in which case you'll need to connect it to iTunes and restore it to factory settings.

What system are you using Mac or Windows?
a. If Windows. run Chkdsk drive: /F
b. if Mac run Diskutilty -> CRC
     Click on the iPod device
     select FirstAid tab on the right window.
     click on the first Aid Button.
Then connect to iTunes and Restore.

By any chance, did you have the Find My iPhone app installed prior to it being stolen?

For video, the codec is MPEG-4 Video (XVID) and for audio it says MPEG Audio Layer 1/2/3 (mpga).
There are two issues with that file:
The first is the Xvid CODEC (not meant for editing), and then the MPEG Audio/MPGA. I would convert that file, to something that is more editable.
