You need iTunes on the computer. There is no iTunes for your phone. See:

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

I've purchased several comedy albums on itunes and they're sent to my music file, which I don't like since I like to shuffle all songs. I put the albums in audiobooks but each track is listed seprately instead of by album. Is there a way to fix that?

I've purchased several comedy albums on itunes (or uploaded from my cd collection) and itunes stores them in the music file. I prefer not to have them stored there since I often put my ipod on shuffle all songs and I hate having comedy bits pop up. So I went into "get info" of each track and changed it from music to audiobooks. That transfered everything into audiobooks but when I synched my ipod, I realized that the comedy tracks are all listed individually instead of under their albums. This doesn't work obviously since I want to listen to the album as a whole. I was wondering if there's a way to store my comedy albums in my audiobooks but have them stay in album format. Can anyone help me on this?

Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite. You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

I had to restore my computer that i had Itunes on and reinstalled itunes.

I had to restore my computer to factory. Then I re-installed Itunes. Now every I pod is prompted to remove everything, erase it and start again.
It is the same computer, Itunes logins, ect. Is there some other way than to erase all of our playlists, ect and start from scratch? How do I get it

You buy one and only one download. it has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer files/docs/pics/music/etc.
Since you have failed to do this, you could transfer itunes purchases from an ipod/iphone/ipad. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
You could try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception but they are under no obligation to allow.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Have you failed to do this?
If so, not good, you can transfer itunes purchases from your iphone: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
