I have 19 updates in my App Store. However, When I give my password and instruct to update all, they DO NOT update?????
I have an iPad 1. It indicates that I have 19 App Store updates. But when I log in and click update all, it switches screens but Does Not update any. I also tried to update them individually but I get a message when I click on the icon that says "it cannot be download at this time. My wifi has a strong signal?????
Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again.

turn your ipad off by holding the sleep wake button for 5 seconds and slide to turn off then turn it back on and the apps should be finished and if the apps didnt finish just redownload them

I have set up my airprint wifi printer which works perfectly with the HP eprint app. However, when i view an email and click on the top right arrow button and select "PRINT" on my ipad nothing happens????...
Also, when im viewing websites and i find something i wish to print, same again, if i simply click on the print option at the top right of the screen nothing happens... the only way I can print is if i copy the weblink of the site page then click on my HP eprint app and paste the web link, then select print, it prints off fine.. but its it such a pain to keep copying and pasting links or screen dumping emails just to print...Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them. I have upgraded to 10.6.8 Snow Leopard from Leopard on my macbook pro and now cannot read and write pages. Pages in app store is for 10.10 and above. I don't have a pages application. Where can I get pages for snow leopard?
It's been so long since I bought my macbook pro in August of 2010, but I do remember the iwork disk that had pages, numbers, and keynote on it, but I can't find the disk in my closet. I did not realize that when I took my computer in to the genius bar to upgrade to Snow Leopard, and then to download Yosemite, that I would lose these applications. I had no reason to open pages when I emptied my hard drive to upgrade to Snow Leopard, so I don't know if I kept iwork when I upgraded to Snow Leopard at the Genius Bar. I had file vault on with my external drive on, and since removed it before the upgrade, but now all my documents are unable to open on my external drive. ****. So now the new problem is how do I undo file vault in a new OS 10.10 when encoded in 6.8? Can I take my external drive in to Genius Bar?
I bought my macbook pro at Best Buy, but can't remember if iwork came with this computer, or with an older mac I bought. Can anyone check to see if I have a valid key code, and will insertion of an iwork disc allow me to use pages with Yosmite? -
I have an Iphone 5 6.01. I have a notice on my app store that I have an update. Tried to update, but it won't. Connected to Itunes and tried to download update for App. I can't do that either. It won't let me update any of the apps. What is wrong?
My husband and I are using the same iTunes account on all mac & pc computers, but the libraries are different on each machine. We always manually manage our music (no auto sync). iTunes is up to date on the PCs. My husband uses our joint iTunes account on his pc, but once again, has a different collection in his library from those on the other machines. He can't load any music from his PC to his iphone 4. I can load music from my mac library to my iphone 4s, but cannot load from my pc library to my iphone 4s. How can I switch my main library that it syncs with from the mac to the pc?

I have 11 updates in my App Store but every time I click the update they ask first my apply ID that would be fine but after they will ask my credit card details since this is only to update. Please help me.
Also, even I would like to download some games it's ok to ask for our Apple ID but in the second time they will ask for the credit card details. Please help meMy younger brother had the same problem. You have to go into settings, app store, details and then change your credit card details to none. If there is no none option, you will have to use a different apple id.

Hi there, our mac has an IOS version 10.5.8 and i need to update it to 10.6.8 in order to update our itunes account....when i start softwear update it tells me that nothing needs to be updated and i also do not have access to the mac app store...How can i update my ios? thanks Matthijs
Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac". Write down what it says about "version"and report that here. Now continue to "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present).
If you have a PPC Mac you cannot sync your idevice without a newer computer. See the end of this post for options.
If it says you have an Intel Mac you can upgrade to Snow Leopard, but check system requirements first:

Options if you cannot upgrade: iTunes Store purchases can already be downloaded directly. Use iTunes Match to put non-Store music in iCloud, then download to your device from there. Backup your device directly to iCloud over a wireless connection. Photos can be downloaded from the Camera Roll using iPhoto or Image Capture. -
An app which I have never purchased shows as an update on the App store. When I try to deal with it shows as being purchased by someone with a different apple id than me. No one else uses my Macbook Pro. A "Genius" at one of my local Apple stores spent over 2 hours trying to fix this and could not do it. His last suuggestion was to go home, back up all the data an take the computer back to the Apple store to reinstall the operating system. Any simpler ideas to solve this problem.???

Cannot update my keynote, pages and numbers from my ipad. I have different accounts, one for app store and other for icloud. What can I do?
You can't merge accounts or transfer iTunes purchases from one Apple ID to another: but there is no problem about using two IDs.
Use your iCloud ID for iCloud for syncing email, contacts, calendars, bookmarks, and PhotoStream.
Use your other Apple ID as before for iTunes, iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match.
There's no conflict about doing this, and you won't even notice as Keychain will log you in with the correct ID in each case. It's also better security not to have your iTunes login also your email address, given the number of complaints about hacked iTunes accounts. -

Why does my app store use a different account for downloading and another for updating apps?
My app store used my own account for downloading and my sister's for updating, and it keeps telling me to reset my account. I already did that the other few times it told me to do that!

No app store present on iPod Touch 4th gen and can't sync apps in iTunes, tried restoring/updating
I've tried everything I know to fix this problem with no luck so far, I'm hoping someone can help. Note that iTunes has been updated to the latest version (and my friend's computer is running Windows 7, if that helps at all).
My friend has an iPod Touch 4th generation. A while back he asked me to help him get apps onto the iPod, and I discovered that the App Store on the iPod itself was nowhere to be found, nor can he remember ever having one. In addition to this, he can't sync apps onto the iPod from within iTunes - the option to sync in the apps tab is greyed out. The music/movies/etc. sync just fine, however. At the time, his iPod had iOS 4.1.
After checking for parental restrictions in his iTunes and the iPod, I found that his iPod has a restrictions password set, which he doesn't know. His parents have no memory of setting restrictions and don't know the password, either.
I read online that the only way to remove the restrictions password is to restore the iPod, and since this seemed to be a good idea anyway due to the odd issue with iTunes refusing to sync apps, we restored the iPod and updated to iOS 5.1 today. Unfortunately, the App Store is still nowhere to be found, and we still can't sync apps in iTunes. The iPod still claims a restrictions password has been set as well.
I have checked and double-checked that no restrictions are set in iTunes preferences. My friend created a new iTunes account, so that shouldn't be the problem. While we're hoping to get both iTunes sync and the iPod App Store app working properly, right now he just wants to be able to get apps onto his iPod.
Does anyone have any ideas why his iPod didn't come with an App Store app, why it still doesn't have the Store after restoring, why iTunes won't sync apps, or why the restrictions password is still set after the restore? I've honestly run out of ideas as to how to fix this.
Before I posted this, I did a little more looking online about the restrictions password, which is apparently restored along with a backup. Neither of us were present during the restore (we had to leave for a couple of hours after the restore had been started), so I'm only asking this because I don't have his iPod or computer with me at the moment to test it myself - is there a way to manually cancel restoring from a backup during the process? If so, I need to restore the iPod a second time.
In the meantime, any ideas about my other three questions?
