I have 3 emails and 3 devices. I just want to be able to share the purchased music/apps but keep pictures/contacts etc separate. Is this possible??

You can only use a credit card for iCloud storage. Although it does use your same Apple ID account, iTunes credits can only be used towards the iTunes or App Store, not iCloud Storage Plans.

The only way to sync Notes is through a mail server. If you don't want to use iCloud, you'll have to use some other mail account, or run your own mail server under OS X Server. The latter is a job for advanced users only.

As far as I am aware you cannot split, or use separately. What are you trying to archive by trying to have one Apple ID, but separate? Maybe if you can mention what your aim is, there could be a suggested solution.

Yes. Just set up separate iCloud accounts with separate Apple IDs. You can continue to share the same iTunes account ID; it does not need to be the same as the ID you use for other services such as iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, etc.
You should also avoid using the same ID for FaceTime and iMessage or you will end up getting each other's text messages and FaceTime calls. If you are, on one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID (such as the one you use for your iCloud account). Then do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.

I'm not sure I have iCloud on, and my iPad is showing the usb cord, along with the iTunes logo, only able to shut off. Turned it back on, same logo and usb cord. Help?

I was trying to get the new iOS update, and the iPad froze. I've seen others who have the same problem, but they had the iCloud and things like that. I have a few stories on there, and I'm not about ready to lose them, as I was stupid enough to not transfer them to my computer or anywhere else.

Just bought the Apple TV2 yesteday.
I'd like to pair both my macbook and my wifes macbook to the Apple TV. We both have seperate iTunes accounts.
Is this possible without having to sign on or the other out of apple TV?

Yes you can do that. The key to this is remembering your homesharing ID and your iTunes account ID are not the same thing (although you can use your account details for your homesharing details)
Set up homesharing in both instances of iTunes using the same information in each, your Apple TV will then see both libraries.

An iPod shuffle is not associated with an Apple ID in any way, so I don't understand what it is you're asking or being told. It's also very difficult to try and decode your post what with the total lack of punctuation. Please post back and explain in more detail - with punctuation, please - what it is you're having problems with. If you're having problems purchasing from the iTunes Store, as it seems from what I can glean from your post, that has nothing to do with your iPod.

How can I link my iCloud identity to my iTunes account?

I signed for itunes in the early 2000's and icloud some years later with a different user name and password. It always gives me trouble-the wrong identity alwys pops up on ios devices and downloads. I now have match and genius, gift accounts for children and grandchildren and all manner of confusion. I would like to link the two accounts, but I haven't been able to find a way. If I try to simply merge the user names I am prevented from doing so by the iTunes account.

I don't believe that you can purchase additional storage with gift cards. Additional storage will be an annual subscription, Apple will need to know how you are going to pay next year and every year after that.

iCloud space is not a function of the number devices owned, it is fixed at 5 GB for the basic storage. You have to pay for the larger storage if you feel it is needed.

Yeah, if you're up to five authorisations I'd deauthorise all and then reauthorise the ones you still have access to.
