I have 2 other courses that I downloaded frim my iPad and these appeared on my iTunes (mac) library.
Any idea why the other 3 that i downloaded were not synced in iTunes?
You and the iPad can function with the Remote App from across the room, or in another room.
However, your stereo system has to have a way to communicate or connect with the computer. Unless it has some kind of wifi connector or has Bluetooth, I don't see how you can do this.
There is no app or software to resolve this. You need a way for the stereo to connect.

my playlists in itunes that contained voice memos are now blank on my phone, yet they are still on the playlist in itues on my computer. any ideas
i like to record concerts i go to a listen to them and the voice memos are how i record themIf you still have the 'pointers' to them in iTunes then I think that it assumes that you still have them on your computer so it won't re-download them or let you copy them from your iPod - try deleting the iTunes entry for one of them and then re-try re-downloading or, with your iPod connected, File > Transfer Purchases. If it works for that one then do the same for the others.

When I run the Dr. Fone software it shows they are still on my iPad 2 but it costs 60-70 dollars. Is there another way to retrieve them? They were not backed up on Itunes like I thought they were. Please help!!
Recover software as you have described is pretty much your only option - keep in mind that if wait, some of the currently recoverable data may well be over-written and lost.

4 voice memos in iTunes backup from iPhone had ! marks and would not play so I deleted them and although they are still on the iPhone, they will not sync back to iTunes from iPhone.
You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

After doing a software update for iPhoto, some of the photos in my library appear distorted and stretched. I have tried repairing the library, rebuliding and repairing the thumbnails but they are still distorted. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
What upgrade did you apply? As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?

All my apps have mysteriously disappeared from my itunes on my laptop except for one that I purchased using my ipad last week. I went into the apps store to retrieve them, but is say I have NO purchases (no even the one from last week). My ipad still seems to show all the apps, even those for iphone/touch. What do I do?

I have hidden items on iPad but they are still on my iPad
I don't want a purchased album on my iPad anymore so I hid it. That hasn't removed them from my iPad though. When I look at the music library on iTunes the music isn't there and when the iPad is plugged in the music doesn't appear on the list. But I synch it and the tracks are still listed on the iPad and iPhone
How does the album show in the iPad's Music app - is it downloaded or does it have the cloud icon against it ? If the cloud icon then (as you've hidden the album on your computer's iTunes) try logging out of your account on your iPad (tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store) and then log back and see if it still shows.
If the tracks are downloaded into the iPad's Music app then does swiping/dragging across them from right-to-left (assuming that your iPad is on iOS 7) reveal a Delete button to the tracks right ? -
I haven't yet tried it in iTunes 10.5.3 (I'm downloading it right now), but I don't expect that Apple has fixed the problem, if there is one. I have it set to automatically sync my music and sometimes it will work, usually when I make large changes. To overcome this, I have to unselect the (a?) playlist from the music sync for my iPod, sync it, reselect the playlist, and sync it again. It's very annoying to me. This problem exists whether I sync it with a cord or wirelessly. I have it set to backup on my computer (last generation MacBook (2010), base model, OS X 10.7.2).

HT2518 Having downloaded iTunes from my pc to mac the data has not appeared in my mac iTunes
Using the Migration Assistant we have transferred our iTunes music from our old pc to new mac. The process was successful but when we open iTunes the transferred music files are not in our iTunes. We know the music is on the laptop but how do we transfer all the files into our iTunes library? We have tried finding the files in Finder and can see individual songs if we search for them but cannot see where they are stored. it took 12 hours to download all this data and we don't want to have to do this again.
In the Finder's search result page, control-click one and choose to open the enclosing folder.

I have recently restored my Windows laptop to factory settings in a successful attempt to speed it up but this resulted in my laptop login account being deleted as well as my iTunes library that was linked with it so since I couldnt use that account I decided to make a new iTunes library on my new laptop login then when I tried to get the songs on my iPod on to my iTunes library I lost all of the songs on my iPod so I no longer have any of my songs anywhere that I can see but when I tried to redownload my songs from the iTunes store it just says purchased next to every album/song so I can't redownload anything so the only way that I can think of to retrieve them is downloading them from , it there anyway that I can retrieve my songs?

If you don't want that your sister reads your messages, on your sister's iPod, open Settings > Messages > Send and Receive, and unmark your mail addresses and phone numbers, so she won't be able to read any of your iMessages

I would love to get the photostream pictures from my iPad back on my iPhone. How ??
Don't the photos automatically download to your computer? I thought that is how it worked. I don't use photo stream since the iPad is not my ideal way to take photos so I have no experience with photo stream, but I thought that was the idea behind it - download to all devices ....
How many Photo Stream photos are stored on my devices and computers?
iCloud pushes all your Photo Stream photos to your devices and computers, and manages them efficiently, so you don’t run out of storage space.
Your iOS devices keep a rolling collection of your last 1000 photos in the Photo Stream album. From there, you can browse your recent photos or move the ones you like into another album to keep them on your device forever.
Since your Mac and PC have more storage than your iOS devices, they automatically download and keep every photo from your Photo Stream by default.

How do I get iphoto 6 to repopulate instead of all of my folders being empty in iPhoto? i am on OS 10.6.8
Try these in order - from best option on down...
1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
2. Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
To create and populate a new *iPhoto 6* library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same Rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Roll Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption. -
They were both functioning fine yesterday, but after the v.11 download today they aren't being recognised. Can anyone help me to get them syncing again? I am using an iMac, Mac OS X v.10.7.5, if thats of any significance.
Disconnect your devices then reboot your computer.
Before connecting your devices again reboot your devices. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
