I have a 3G iPhone and have changed my email which I use an an ID. it is changed on my iTunes (PC) but the old email/ID still appears on my 3G iPhone so I cannot update my Apps..........how do I get the iPhone to accept the new ID??

I have a 3G iPhone and have changed my email and Apple ID on my laptop/iTunes account.

Did you purchase or download the apps with your old ID? Apps are tied to the ID that is was purchased from.
If it is a new app you bought with your new ID, you can go into settings - appstore- apple id and then log out.

I updated to Firefox 4 and it will not work so I can not get on line and it replaced the old firefox so I also lost all my bookmarks. I need them back. How do I get them?

I have a Mc g5 with the 10.4.11 operating system. Your site is my home page and it kept bugging me to update to the firefox 4. So I did now when I try to get on it tells me that that "I can not open this application because it is not supported on this system". It replaced the old firefox that I had so I can not open that. I have no way to get to my book marks and I need them. Let me know how to get back to my old firefox and book marks.

Have you tried logging out of the old Apple ID on your phone?

Click on Delete Account. Choose to keep the data on the phone. Then sign back in with the correct Apple ID. Be sure to turn iCloud back up on again, if you want to use that feature.

All of your apps should be in iTunes on the computer, simply sync them back.
If they are not, go into the purchase history and download them again.

This note appears when Firefox is launched from a non administrator user. How do I get rid of it? "The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again."

This occurs upon initial boot up and no other users are on. No other firefox is running. The current version will then open without issue. Just want to warning removed

If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

* Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data in the profile folder.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

This is a tedious solution, which is stupid! And some users report an inability to reauthorize a computer after an "en masse” deauthorization. I can’t believe Apple doesn’t provide a list or menu to find out which computers you’ve authorized! Obviously, APPLE knows (or else they couldn’t tell us how many computers we have authorized)--so why can’t they give us access to that information about our own computers??!!!
And for an already-authorized computer with a hard drive that’s since been replaced and upgraded from Mavericks to Yosemite, would it be recognized as a “new computer” and require authorization? Would its previous incarnation (i.e., with the old hard drive and OS) be considered a separate computer? Some users report they can’t authorize a computer after an OS upgrade because of that. Can’t believe we have to do such a bass-ackwards kludge!

If you see that pop up you enabled icloud. Whether you want or do not want now to use it irrelevant until you actually disable activation lock.
In order to do that you have to change your apple id back to do that just long enough to sign in and back out. System will ask you to verify, don't.
Just sign in on the prompt you getting and then logout. Once done, change apple id to what you have now and verify. Then decide if you want to
use icloud (who does not want to be able to track their phone if lost or stolen).

If your Apple ID was changed from your old account, you may have to change it back to your old account to be able to sign out and then change it back after that is done. Take a look at the article below for more information.

I cannot update my apps on my iPhone 3. I think it's because I've discovered I have 2 Apple ID's, the original one for iTunes from 2009, and another one I used more recently. I think I must have changed my Apple ID to the more recent email, but my iPhone does not accept any password for the new ID. I have tried changing back but cannot. You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove is not necessarily the one named in the App Store notice. For example, if the App Store says you need to update "Twitter," the hacked app may be "Angry Birds" or something else entirely. Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you have to carry out a systematic search.
