I am trying to install my creative cloud programs onto my new computer. When I go to the website and log in, it shows that I have a creative cloud membership, but says I have no products. Not sure how I get the program downloaded. Any ideas?
you can install and use on up to two computers at any one time with your single-user license so you need not sign out from your old computer's cc app.

Yes you can! It is a Basic level site but you can build it without Muse. I think you may need to create the site originally with Dreamweaver or Muse (meaning creating the site with Business Catalyst not building the site) but once that is done you can use any software to create the code for the site and upload it via SFTP. Hope that makes sense.

If you have already installed the CC software before, you just repeat the same process for the new machine.

Hi, I'm wondering why my account still says I have a creative cloud membership. I want it canceled, I contacted customer support the other day, and they told me it was all taken care of, and that my subscription had been canceled, but it isn't, it's still listed in my account as open. Can't Push Site Live but I have a Creative Cloud membership!

When I try to shut down or restart the system, it shows that : The finder can't quit beacuase some oprations are still in progress. You can cancel or stop the operations ,and then try again.
COuld you please suggest how can I solve it?If you're sure no operations really are in progress, such as a long file copy, select ▹ Force Quit... from the menu bar, then select Finder and press return.

Double-charged for Creative Cloud Membership - I need a refund!
My student subscription was automatically cancelled and switched to a regular subscription. Adobe never told me, but I saw on my bank statement that I had been charged $24.99 instead of $14.99.
When I first contacted Adobe and asked for a refund, the customer support rep told me to simply cancel my old subscription and create a new student subscription with my student account. I did this, and then I was charged a FURTHER $14.99 under this new subscription, for the 'new month' that I had already been charged for (that was the original $24.99 payment).
I have now tried twice to contact Adobe's support service, and both times I have heard excuses such as 'There is a technical fault with our systems - when I try to refund you $24.99, it only lets me refund you $14.99' or 'I will escalate this to a higher team member'. I have yet to hear back from Adobe and it has now almost been a month since the double charge, and I am worried I am going to be charged AGAIN (or worse, twice again) in the next month if I don't get this resolved.
Please assist, and in future, please tell your customers before you start charging random balances to their credit cards.Hi aagirlz
An email is sent 30 days prior to the annual renewal date with details of the renewal price. Sometimes this might go to your spam/junk folders so it's worth checking there.
When you signed up for Creative Cloud at the promotional price, the offer terms would have explained that the promotional price is valid for 12 months and then you renew at the standard price for that plan.

I have thousands of favorites and Firefox is my web-browser of choice. Sadly I'm backed up on what bookmarks I have stored and if the websites are still active or not.
I cannot load more than 15 bookmarks it seems at once as my PC is trying to load all the web content for each page in the new tabs.

My PC supports Windows 7 OS which I have as a multiboot alternative when my PC starts up.
I have continually waited and it says Firefox is not responding and I may be able to see the multiple tabs opened in my browser but cannot navigate or access them.
I have read on various sites that users have had as many as 1500 bookmarks load at once in tabs in the Firefox browser version that are outdated.
I have not been successful with just loading 50 bookmarks my goal is to be able to have 500 tabs loaded in firefox with webpage loading stopped on all of them. I will choose reload for about 10 tabs at a time to view webpage content and then close and move on to the rest.
My ultimate goal is to clear up the Thousands of bookmarks I have piling on for the past 6 years and some are duplicates or similar page sites.
Their is no Firefox 3rd party addons that I could locate that would allow this. Only to restrict the number of tabs loaded by giving warning messages when limit is reached.
Please assist me as it will greatly help me with finally deleting and re-organizing my Favorite and frequent websites in my Browser of choice Firefox.
The email is generic for privacy but it is valid please respond with methods on how I can achieve my request or suggestions on how I can modify my browser or PC settings to allow this. Thanks Firefox Administration Team.

Disable it when you don't need it or install it in a 2nd Profile. Then you can launch the 2nd Profile separately to use Firebug and not affect what you are doing in the 1st Profile, -
