I was about to suggest resetting LE from the Workspace drop-down top right corner, but if you can't see the Options Bar, I guess that is not going to happen. The normal Tool reset is grey out for LE, so it might be a case of resetting Preferences.

That's not how it works. Authorising is for music purchased from iTunes, not for music you've imported from CDsor elsewhere. Music purchased form other suppliers would also not be subject to this authorising procedure.
Do you still have the old computer? If so, you need to copy the iTunes Library from that to the new computer. For example, in Windows XP, I would copy the My Music folder (which contains the iTunes Library, my Amazon MP3 purchases and album artwork) and put that onto an external drive. Then move the drive to the new computer and copy the copied folder onto the new machine thereby replacing the new machine's My Music folder. Then tell iTunes to look at the imported Library.
Obviously, you need to take into account that you have Windows 7 (where I assume the folder names may be different), any other places on you old machine where songs are located and so on.

NVIDIA Issues; hitting the video card hangs the machine

Hello everybody, this could easily be placed under the Kernel and Hardware forum, but this one suits my experience level better. I tried
searching for some similar issues to what I am having, but wasn't able to come up with anything. (Perhaps I was an unknown keyword off in my searches. )
Additionally, thanks in advance for any help! I'm pretty much out of ideas short of replacing some hardware.
My problem is that whenever my desktop displays anything that is graphically intensive, it freezes. I first experienced this while I had Slackware 13.1 installed when trying to run Minecraft. I had been running it successfully for a month or two when it hung while I was playing. I switched over to Arch in the hopes that it would be easier for me to troubleshoot the problem. This was a few months ago, and I've not been able to figure it out.
I'm running with an i7 930 CPU, GTX 480 video card, and six gigs of RAM. My xorg.conf is below:

The more I investigate, the more I feel like this could be a hardware problem. I checked the CPU temp first, but it only reaches ~32 degrees celsius when the system hangs, so I doubt that's the cause. I've checked the cables (power and otherwise) between everything in my box, and it's all solid. I've also taken the sides off, thinking it my be an air flow issue, but that didn't solve it either.
On the software side of things, I've got nvidia, nvidia-utils, and lib32-nvidia-utils installed and they aren't popping any errors that I can see. When I run glxinfor or glxgears, nothing happens, the terminal just prompts me for input (which is actually an improvement, in Slackware, they hung the machine).
Again, any help on this issue is greatly appreciated, I'm at my wit's end about it.

I had a similar problem that turned out to be the graphics card working itself loose. So, if you haven't already, try taking it out, cleaning the contacts and plugging it back in. Worth a try and worked for me
Also, Xorg 1.10.2 & the nvidia proprietary driver don't seem to be in conflict for me so I think williewillus is mistaken.

WiFi signals get stronger the closer the machine is to the router and the less interference/blocking of the signal like via walls with metal in them or of thick concrete.
Since the signal emanates outwards in a sphere, your supposed to place the wireless router in a central location in the building so it covers all areas.
The power of the router also has a affect, if your router is old or something not that powerful like a Airport Express, it doesn't have the ability to filter out other signals or enough punch to get through walls etc. or cover a large area as effectively.
If you buy/have a powerful router of newer make and have issues where there is metal in the walls or thick concrete, then you can buy something like OpenMesh and by using Ethernet cables from the back of the router, extend the WiFi signal into other rooms and areas past the blockage.

Thank you for your reply. I have been backing up my entire computer and when I follow anything having to do with Lightroom I am not finding actual photos. IE: to make the videos play consecutively in the order i want without stopping after each video and gong back to the list.... this is what i have had to resort to make it work....what i want to do....is be able to make a playlist of videos on my iphone 5....take my apple tv to friends houses and with wifi....set up apple tv and play videos at the party and not have to stand by with the remote and find a new video to play stopping the music between the songs/videos....very annoying....and have spent over 4 hours one day and an hour and a half today on the phone today with a sr. advisor with apple and they have no clue.... this seems sooooo simple.... please somebody that really knows how to do this....i will be indebted forever...............

Using the same Apple id and Password you should be able to download purchased apps without being charged again.
