I have a finalized project in iMovie '11. Shared it on Youtube, Facebook, and Vimeo. Then, when I shared it to iDVD, it reverted to a previous version of the project, so my titles and pictures were out of sequence. My final project is now gone!

Now, in my list of projects, my project is there, but finalized as the previous version which is all out of sequence. My true final project is now gone! What happend?
I didn't notice this problem until after the DVD was burned in iDVD. Then, when I played the DVD in a public setting, I was a bit embarrassed by what played.

My first thoughts are
• iMovie ill behaving - Trash the iMovie pref file - use to set things right
• in reg. to Photos - Did You change iPhoto Photo Library - Then iMovie get's lost as it peeks into iPhoto on start up to see where photos are stored. Set iPhoto back to first Photo Library (when iMovie is not running) then start iMovie.

Please google search for "Mountain Lion disk crash" before upgrading you mac pro. You might need to replace you Mac hard drive after the upgrade.So many people had the same problems including me.

The messages on my Iphone and Mac don't match, My Mac is lacking messages. Do they only show if the sender has an iPhone, trying to figure out if thats what the missing names have in common, or if it a different problem?
Messages on the mac will only show iMessages sent from an iPhone, another mac, iPad etc etc...
It won't show SMS / Text messages.
If the messages are green on your iphone then they are text messages... Blue are iMessages -
I wish to use the previous version not the one that has today been automatically installed. My settings were to let me know and I decide to install when I'm ready, how do I go back. This because one of the previous Plugins does not work with this version, and they have no fix for it yet!

After upgrading to Lion, Preview (5.2.2) appears to have lost the facility to run a slide show by using my mouse to click an icon in the visible menu bar, as I could in the previous version. Can I retrieve that icon and thus that facility?
Unfortunately not. Lion has made many adjustments to the previous system. Try opening your pdfs in keynote.

How can I monitor my monthly data usage for all 3 computers in my house? I have an Airport base station and it seems there should be software to monitor it from that point rather than monitoring the usage for each computer and then adding it up.

I have signed in to my account and am able to brouse media but not download or purchase anything. The "buy" button is also white instead of blue and nothing happens when I click to buy. I am able to make purchaces on the same account on my iphone as well. What might be causing this issue?

I have just bought a new macbook and trying to add all my music to my new itunes from a previous version of itunes (iTunes 9) in my seven year old Mac. I can import all the MP3 songs but iTunes ignores all the m4a format files. What to do? I have copied them into the music file along with the mp3 files but they still dont open in iTunes.

Disappointed with IOS7, i had organized my music library as per the Genre and now im unable to hear all the songs of the same genre like in the earlier versions. The options of "all albums" and "all songs" are missing in this version of IOS. Help Please..
It would be nice if you told others the steps you've tried and/or how you used to have your setup.
Anyway have you tried tapping MORE this will then bring you to
the selection-list of Audiobooks, Genres, Compilations & Composers.
Selecting Genres gives you a list of all your music split into genres which was set within the Music downloaded via iTunes or uploaded from CD or which you may have set yourself.
Then you just select the Genre you want:
If certent songs are not correctly gategorised you may need to go into iTunes and reselect via Get-info
>Info>Genre and change it there. That way you should end up with all songs of Jazz or other in 1 place. -
When I create a text message from my contact on my iphone 5, the contacts mobile number appears and not there name. But when they respond to my text, is shows up as a new text message with there name. How do I fix this?
Double click the home button and swipe up the messages app to stop it, then open the app again. This pretty much completely stops the process and freshly opens it again, resolving problems at times. I have had this happen before as well on my iPad, I get a banner, check messages, and nothing new is there.
If that doesn't work, close the app like suggested above, but then restart the phone by holding down the home and lock button for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears. -
I just bought an android phone and the previous owner of the number had an iphone and imessage wont work, how do I fix that?
I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S4, and my wife has an iphone. We found out that imessage wont come through from her. After we went to the AT&T helpdesk they said that she could turn off imessage on her phone and that I would get texts on my S4. But then so would everyone else who has an iphone. That won't work for everyone in my company that has an iphone. So what I am wondering is- since I recently got this phone, should I get a new number? Or should I contact ATT or contact Apple to try and get this number de-activated? I'm thinking I'll never get into the icloud account that this number is attached to, but maybe someone has some advice on that?
I just sincerely want imessage to work on this phone and I'm willing to take the steps to do that.

With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a potential solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know some details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what fixes have you tried?
where is you library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

I reverted back to 3.6.23 and all works fine. From everything I can tell; number of problems submitted, breadth of issues, no access to versions 4, 5, 6 (rapid version turnover with no support), and now beta being released for 8, it seems FF is having the user base do all it's alpha/beta testing without consent. Being in product marketing myself, I probably would have lost a significant percentage of my customer base by now. When FF begins to support a new mainstream release, then I'll be interested again.

I am unable to select a document or part of a document and paste it. When I use the selection tool it will highlight the portion selected but as soon as i let up on the mouse the highliting disappears and I am unable to copy or paste.
