I have a iPhone 5 and I downloaded iOS 7 now having draining issues with my battery
The life of the iPhone 5 has decrease very bad now and I shut everything off and it still not good at all they need to fix this ASAP I am very frustrated
im having the same issue, i have iphone 5 it was better before now it's worst, and going off around 40% 30% sometimes when i turned on 3g it goes off and need to connect to a power adapter to get the power back and i don't know why nobody replying to these posts
it's definitely a apple's fault, they are doing something fishy

Downgrading the iOS is not supported. Basic troubleshooting steps are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device

Try repairing permissions and resetting the PRAM.

I have an iPhone 5s, I downloaded the newest upgrade to ios 8.0, and since I have updated it my Wi-Fi pretty much does not work at all. This is absolutely ridiculous because Apple is intentionally doing this so that you turn off your Wi-Fi and roam, and jack up your roaming charges. I have been writing for over a week now about this and absolutely nothing has been done. Apple ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR MY ROAMING FEES?! because you should, this is a complete and utter joke and the fact that it has still not been fixed just goes to show the lack of effort apple really puts into there products. this is the last piece of crap product i buy from apple, Galaxy here i come

1OS 8.0.1 was replaced and no longer exists. Neither it or 8.0.2 have this issue. See this:

Huh? This is a user-to-user tech support forum, Apple has no reason to "jack up roaming charges", which are collected by your cell carrier.

That's what syncing does. It keeps the information on multiple devices "in sync" with each other. It is working as designed.
What are you syncing your iPhones with? iTunes, iCloud, Google Sync, Exchange?
If you don't want one phone to sync with the other, you'll have to turn off syncing on that phone, or change what it syncs with. -
Upgraded to 10.6.7 and now having various issues with Appleworks Drawing program.
HELP...I just upgraded to 10.6.7 and now my Appleworks drawing program is slow - beach balls all the time, I can not copy into other programs, copy and paste messes with the formatting, fills and lines disappear, Fonts are messed up when copied...ON and ON..I Installed rosetta from the 10.6.7 install disk but still no luck. Any advice is appreciated, I am in a crunch with drawing deadlines an no time to learn another drawing program..Yes I am old school.and HELP!
You could look at EazyDraw: the version on the website is $95 download, $139 box and manual: it will open ClarisWorks drawings and is a powerful vector drawing program which makes a good replacement for Appleworks.
There is a much cheaper version in the Mac App Store but note that this version does not open AppleWorks documents. -
I use my PC for work (MS Office and Outlook). I also use Office 365. I also have an iPhone and iPad. I'm having difficulty getting Outlook to synchronise with Apple devices. I keep getting multiple copies of calendars and not being able to see contacts. Is there a process anywhere which describes the best way to manage these devices together? Or should I just give up on the PC and buy a MacBook or Air.
Excellent. These guides got me as far as installing my preferred language pack, which gets added to the add-ons automatically (assuming the user says yes to the appearing question when Firefox is started).
However, the GUI does not change unless the user enters "about:config" and changes the locale.
Is there a way to do this from the command line? I mean, changing the locale settings.
And preferrably for all users. So even when new users get added and they start Firefox the first time, they see it appearing with the preferred locale and not in English. -

I used an old sim card to try to activate my iphone 3gs, it didnt work, and it gave me this response:

I've been trying to get a book sample and a dialogue box comes up saying: To receive book samples, you need a device with the latest versions of iOS and ibooks installed and Automatic Download enabled. I have iBooks installed and automatic download enabled. I don't know if it's talking about a new version of iOS on my iphone or my laptop. You people sure like to make things difficult.

I had the same problem. It turned out the issue for me was that I had Automatic downloads turned off on my devices!
see below how to turn it on.
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores on your device.
Tap Sign In if you're not already signed in to the iTunes Store.
Enter your Apple ID and password.
Tap On/Off switch to enable or disable Automatic Downloads for each content type. -

Are you trying to use the phone in Bahrain with a supported carrier there? I suspect not. If you try to use this phone outside of Bahrain, you won't have FaceTime. This is done to prevent folks from simply crossing the border to purchase iPhones in Bahrain...FaceTime is banned in Saudi Arabia & the UAE. Sorry, but you'll only have FaceTime on that phone while using it in Bahrain on a supported carrier's network there.

I have apple iPhone 4S upgraded to iOS 6.0.1 and everything was working fine suddenly my Wifi was not connecting and found the wifi on/off button is greyed out and to enable it I tried all resets but still my problem have not solved, still wifi is off
Same here.... No fix. Replacing is the option apparently and if you're out of warranty, you're SOL. That was as per the "Genius" at Apple.

I have an iPhone and recently bought an iPod 4 touch what l am using the same apple ID for. The iPod won't let me download songs from iTunes it is asking me security questions which I don't think I have put answers to in the first place, because of this it won't let me buy any songs on iTunes
It's probably asking you to verify the security code found on the back of your credit card.

So I have an iphone and for some reason I don't know the password for my Apple ID so I can't download apps and I don't have the password to my email to change it and I don't know the secret questions , what can I do to make a new Apple ID ?
I have the same problem - it is maddening. I rely on this iPad for work so this is not just an annoyance! The above solutions of changing the appleid on the device or on the website do not work.
The old email address no longer exists - I haven't used it in a year probably and I no longer have the account. I logged into the appleid website and there is no trace of the old email address so there is nothing that can be deleted or changed there. On the iPad there is no trace of the old email address so nothing can be deleted there either. I have updated the iPad software and the same problem comes right back. Every 2 seconds I am asked to log in using the old non-existent email. The device is currently useless.
The only recent change to anything was the addition of an Apple TV device, which was set up using the correct login and password.
Does anyone have any ideas? The iPad has been backed up to the iCloud so presumably it now won't recognize the current iCloud account? So restoring may notbe an option?
