Welcome to the Apple community.
Could you tell us a little more about what you want to do. Bear in mind that iTunes has nothing to do with your iCloud account.

go to itunes preferences, store, uncheck automatic downloads. also when your phone is connected you can click  on apps and only check the ones you want on your phone, go down to the bottom right and click apply.

These are two possible approaches that will normally work to move an existing library to a new computer.
    Method 1
Backup the library with this User Tip.
Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
    Method 2
Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase and reload.
I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.
Note if you have iOS devices and haven't moved your contacts and calendar items across then you should create one dummy entry of each in your new profile and iTunes should  merge the existing data from the device.
If your media folder has been split out from the main iTunes folder you may need to do some preparatory work to make it easier to move. See make a split library portable.
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library or a backup then then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device for advice on how to set up your devices with a new library with the maximum preservation of data.

  • I currently have one iTunes account for my personal iPod Touch and for my work iPhone and iPad.  Can I create a separate account for work and keep my current account for my personal use - on the same computers?

I have an iTunes account for my personal iPod Touch - have had for several years.  When my work provided me with an iPhone and now and iPad 2, they all fall under my personal iTunes account.  Is it possible for me to create a separate account for my work devices and apps, while leaving my personal account intact?  I use both my compter at home and at work to sync occasionally.

A much simpler solution would be to go into Settings > Store and turn off Automatic Downloads

  • I have one apple ID for my MAC and another used for both my iPhone and IPad.  Purchases from iTunes don't appear on either my iPhone or iPad only only the MAC. How do I sync the two IDs?

I have one Apple ID for my MAC and iTunes account and another that is used for both my iTunes and iPad.  When I purchased music from iTunes using the Mac ID, the music isn't available on my iTunes or iPad.  Neither lets me change my ID so how do I fix this issue so I can play the music on all three?

    Hello chlanli
You would need to use one Apple ID for purchases in order to get them across all of your devices and computer. If you want you can use one Apple ID for purchases and the other one to sync personal data. The article below will explain further.

  • On a page change, GIFs in the orignating page stop animating - how can I keep them animating until the page actually changes?

On some pages in my application I put up a mask and a loading dialog when changing page. This dialog has a GIF as a background image as a loading/waiting indicator. This GIF plays one or two frames and stops when the pages begins its redirection to the target page.

You can render the ebook on an instructional application called Zankura. Not only can you control the screen scrolling, but all the students can freely annotate with their stylus. www.zankura.com.

  • I have a pdf. document with 100 pages. These are white postcards with addresses. I need to move all the address farther to the left. How can I move them all at the same time?

    1) I need to drag the same text on 100 pages at the same time to the same place. Is there a simultaneous way I can do this? the pdf file has 100 pages of a 4x 6 posta cards that contain addresses: one address per page, I need to select all addresses and at the same time move them to the same place within the postcard. I can select the text on one card (page) at a time and drag it to the desired place. The PROBLEM is that I need to do it at the same time on every page. otherwise it takes too long. PRODUCT IS ABOBE ACROBAT

This it not the kind of editing task that one should do in a PDF file. It is not meant to be edited in such a way.
You should try to get the original file used to create the PDF, edit it and then create a new PDF from it.

  • 3 family members have new iphones.  we are using the cloud. how do we keep emails separate

3 family members have new iphones. we are using the cloud.  how do we keep emails separate

Use separate iCloud accounts, with separate IDs.  (Note: you can continue to share the same ID for the iTunes and App stores; it does not have to be the same as the ID used for iCloud.)  One phone can keep the current account.  On the other two, go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off.  When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone.  (If you are syncing iWork documents with iCloud, also open your iWork apps and turn off iCloud syncing and choose to keep the documents on your phone.)  After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.  (This will only delete the account from these phones, not from iCloud.  The phone that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.)  Next, set up a new iCloud account on these phones using separate Apple IDs and turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On.  When prompted, choose Merge.  This will upload the data to the new accounts.
If you have merged data in your accounts at this point, you will have to go to icloud.com on your computer, sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the unwanted data (such as deleting the other phone's contacts from your account, and vice versa).

  • I have 2 mac book pro. can i have 2 iCloud accounts to keep them separate?

I have two Mac Books. One personal and one for work. Can I have two icloud accounts to keep them separate?

Of course. You can use different iCloud accounts on those Macs, so you can have your information separated.
You just need to have two Apple IDs. You may want to use different Apple IDs in both Macs for the Mac App Store too, if you want to have different apps

  • HT4436 we have 5 devices on one itunes account how do I give them each their own icloud account and still share the itunes account?

we have 5 devices on one itunes account how do I give them each their own icloud account and still share the itunes account?

You need a unique AppleID for each iCloud account.  So grab some free gmail, hotmail, aol, yahoo or whatever email addresses to make five new AppleIDs.  Now, everybody make an iCloud account for themselves, and keep the existing shared AppleID and password just for use in the iTunes and App Stores.  You can also each use your own unique AppleIDs to make iMessage accounts and keep those separate as well.

  • If I have two email accounts, one personal hotmail account and one MS Exchange work account, how can I setup individual notifications for each account. Right now, any email from any account has the same notification. I want work to be different than perso

If I have two email accounts, one personal hotmail account and one MS Exchange work account on my iPhone 4s, How can I setup individual notifications for each account? Fore example, if I get a work email, I want to hear a DING, DING....If I get a personal email, I want to hear a BEEP, BEEP. Right now, any email from any account has the same notification. I want work incoming email notification to be different than personal incoming notification. The only semi-workaround I've seen is just disable any notification for the Hotmail account, so only work emails would notify. But then I don't know when I get a personal email. Even the lowely Blackberry Torch 9800 has this feature..not iPhone 4s??
    Thanks

Sorry you get only one notification sound for all email accounts.  you can send a suggestion to apple here http://www.apple.com/feedback/

  • I have apps from old work account that I can't remember the password to. On my personal phone those apps keep showing up but I can't update them because I can't remember the password. How can I delete them and download on my new account?

I have apps from old work account that I can't remember the password to. On my personal phone those apps keep showing up but I can't update them because I can't remember the password. How can I delete them and download on my new account?

Tap and hold an app until they all start jiggling and an X appears in the icon's top left corner. One by one tap the X to delete the app. when they are all gone you are free to buy them again with your own account.

  • Can you have different I cloud accounts on different devices. Like 4 phones with different numbers while keeping them all on the same I tunes account?

Can you have different I cloud accounts on different devices. Like 4 phones with different numbers while keeping them all on the same I tunes account? My family shares one I tunes account but it would be nice to be able to have a different I cloud for family member. Is there a way to do this. Because the I cloud part on the setting on the phone and I pad are greyed out on the phones so you can't change the user.

If they are greyed out then usually this means that the account is not validated on that device.  The Delete Account button at the bottom should still work and allow you to remove the current account form the iCloud Section of Settings.
To answer your question, yes.  There are four places you can use an Apple ID on an iOS device:
    Settings > iCloud
    Settings > Messages
    Settings > FaceTime
Settings > iTunes & App Stores
The iTunes & App Stores is the only one you want to use a shared (family) Apple ID account.  The other three you will want a unique Apple ID for that person to prevent info merging or messages getting shared, etc.

  • How do we split our iCloud accounts but keep one iTunes account so we can share purchased content for our multiple iPhones and iPads?

How do we split our iCloud accounts but keep one iTunes account so we can share purchased content for our multiple iPhones and iPads?

You can migrate a copy of the data to a new account, then delete the other person's data from each account.  To do this, on the phone that will be changing accounts, if you have any photos in photo stream that you want to keep on the phone, save these to your camera roll by opening the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tapping Edit, then tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share and tap Save to Camera Roll. If you have any synced notes that you want to keep on the phone, email these to yourself so you can create new notes in the new account.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.  (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud.  The phone that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.)  When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPhone.  Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom).  Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge.  This will upload the data to the new account.  You will create a new icloud email address with you turn Mail to On.
Finally, to un-merge the data you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the data you don't want (such as deleting your wife's data from your account, and vice versa).
