make sure the itouch does not have your apple id in the Settings>icloud menu. It is completely different from the App Store.

Post relates to: Centro (Verizon)I just found a solution and I've been working on this problem off and on for a long time. I never use my centro for email or Internet, yet it would spontaneously power down and restart, it might hang up, and it always drained power within a few hours.
On another site, someone asked the question -- was this my first Palm or did I have one previously? Once that question was asked, I was reminded that I'd had previous Palm units, each containing different applications. So, I went to apps (home button then select applications from top left screen then select Delete). From there I was able to scroll down and verify what applications I'd had on my two prior Zires. I deleted functions that didn't come with the Palm Centro (a couple of third-party apps I no longer used, Expense DB, File Info and others). I also followed the solutions posted by others to turn select IR to Cradle, unchecked automatically select SMS messages (phone button - Options - Preferences - Connection - Edit - then select Cradle/Cable). My Centro had Network locked, so I couldn't do anything about that. I also went to VoiceDial from Main Menu - Settings - Choice Lists and unchecked each and every category). Then I performed a soft reset, re-synced and my battery (after 22 hours shows power at 96%. I'm thrilled. I just hope the good news continues. Good luck with your unit. -

When I type a search into Google and hit enter, I get to a page that looks like results from Google. When I click on one of the results, I am redirected to a page that has goooogle.osa.pl as the URL. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?This is really a forum about help with actual Apple products, not other 3rd-party services that are not affiliated with Apple. Since Google is a 3rd-party service, you're better off using a Google support forum or a general Q&A like Yahoo! Answers.

I have a new iPhone 5S. While trying to learn about it, I accidentally recorded a voice memo with no content. I cannot now figure out how to get rid of it. There is a banner across the top of my phone with this memo which I don't want. I have deleted it from iTunes but cannot get it off the phone. Help!
The banner usually indicates that the memo is "Paused." If you go back into voice memos, touch the word "Done" beside the big red pause button, give it a name, then it will show in a list. Touch the memo in the list then touch the trash can icon that should appear.

I have lines from the top of the screen to the bottom 4 lines. They are the size of the cursor and the one on the right acts like the cursor. Blinks. The other day I brought compuer up and I have a white transparent line right down the center of the screen about 1/8 inch thick. Does anyone know what is cauing this? Also computer is running slow.
Post a screen shot if you can by pressing cmd+shift+4 for only a certain section or cmd+shift+3 for a full screen shot.

I just updated my 3gs to the latest iOS 5 update and now I am unable to text certain numbers. I keep getting the error code 1121611611 invalid number, even though the number I have in my contacts is a 10 digit number. Any suggestions on fixing this?

I have a new Iphone 5, my wife has a 4S and an iPod Touch. When I sync my new 5 to the Mac, it pick up ALL of the stupid game apps that my wife uses on her two devices. How can I keep them separate?
go to itunes preferences, store, uncheck automatic downloads. also when your phone is connected you can click on apps and only check the ones you want on your phone, go down to the bottom right and click apply.

My apps say they are "waiting" and they have been for days updating. They must be stuck. Not all of them but about 10 that ia am waiting on. Does anyone know what do do about this?
Just to add a couple of more things that you can try ... Along with what TMM suggested ....
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
You can also try updating from the app description page rather than the Updates Tab. Do a search for the apps that needs to be updated - when it appears in the search - tap on the app icon. Then tap on Update or Install - whatever happens to appear next to the app icon - in the description page that pops up.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again. -
When I go to yahoo with my iPhone 6 the pages will not enlarge when I pinch them but it works on my iPad. Does anyone know what's wrong? Also the same on boyfriends phone he's eith Virgin and I'm with Vodafone do it cant be the providers.
Thanks for the link but none of those described the problem. No error message pops up. It just says "Accessing Itunes Store" but it never actually does. This only occurs when my iPhone is plugged in though.

itunes 11 will not install on my Windows 7 computer because it cannot start the 'Apple Mobile Device' service, what can I do?
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
and paste into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.
