YOu are long past any upgrade cycles and need to buy a new CS6 license at full price or sign up for Creative Cloud.

I am going to buy either a Mac Air or Mac Pro Retina 8GB RAM and 256GB. And as I have to still run Windows programs I will install Parallels 9. As the Mac are both 64bit machines does that mean I need to install Windows 7 64bit or just install 32 bit? (Going with Win7 as I hate Win8). I'm trying to import photos from my iphoto library, but keep getting a message saying I cant import from 7.1.5, that I need to upgrade to 7.1.5 or later. But I have version 8.1.2. I don't know what to do. I've been able to import in the past.
Sounds like an issue with the iPhoto Library
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

I have an iPod touch 2g running on iOS 4.2.1. Whenever I download an up like iBooks it says that I need to upgrade to 4.3.. But when I check on iTunes 11 it says that my iOS is the latest.. Ideas?
The 2G iPod can only go as high as iOS 4.2.1. If you want apps that require an iOS higher than 4.2.1 you need a newer model iPod.

Platform is iMac OS X 10.8.5 and iPhoto 9.4.3, signed in to iCloud and selected Photo Stream. Got an invite via email to subscribe to a Photo Stream and when I click on Subscribe to this Photostream, it tells me that I need specs that I already have.

I have lost nearly all my photos and events. I received a message effectively saying that I need to upgrade from an old base. I think I may have tried to open an event that was stored in iPhoto Buddy a few days ago. iPhoto Buddy is not supported in Lion. How can I retrieve my phjotos?

My iPhone and iPad are telling me that I need to upgrade my software but that I don't have enough memory. I have tons of memory. What can I do?
Perform the updates using a computer with iTunes. You can also back up prior to upgrading doing it that way.

I can not get several apps to load on my i-pod touch and I even restored it back to factory. The message I get is that I need iOS 4.3, but i-tunes tells me I already have the latest version.
You can't install any application which requires iOS 4.3 or newer on a first or second generation iPod touch. If you still have a copy of that application compatible with iOS 3.1.3 or 4.2.1, import it into the iTunes library and sync it.

I don't have proof of purchase.. all I kept was the two cd's and the instruction book.I bought it in June of 2008, and don't think I have bank records that far back.I was hoping I could get the information from my installed copy.. there a long number on the bottom rightwhen I open it, but that didn't work and a number etched on the back of the cd... but it too didn't work....

It is not viewable on your old computer. We may be able to get you a replacement serial number. Do you still have your proof of purchase for Photoshop Elements 5?

If your account is disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -
I purchased Lightroom 5 and Elements 12 and installed them on a computer. I now have a new computer, and wish to install them on the new one. When I tried to do so, my only option seemed to be Adobe Cloud. When I was asked for my LR serial number, it was not accepted.
