If they are Tunes purchased music you have to sing into the account that purchased them.
Is this the iTunes library/computer you sync with? You can rally only "sync" with one iTunes library/computer.However, yo can manually manage music and videos among different libraries/computer. See the manual method of:

I hve this problem sometimes and need to reebot my computer.This worksheet is used to generate 4 signals to output and have an acquisition tooin this 4 channels.
The error is in the blue screen:0x00000076 (0x00000000 , 0x81358300, 0x000001c2, 0x00000000).

Sorry that we cannot be more help in this forum; we do not have much experience with blue screen under Windows 2000. This is very hard to do, and is almost always related to a hardware problem - either a resource conflict, or problems with one of the installed hardware devices (DAQ, Video, Memory...).

Respond please!Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then see if you can redownload your past music purchases (those that are still in the store) via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you are not in a country where music can currently be re-downloaded, then have you not got it on your computer and/or on a backup ? just bought iphone 4 today from verizon and had the same problem. this is my 1st smartphone ever. apps all synced when i plugged it in to my computer except the music. this is what i did and it worked. plugged in phone to computer. then under the devices tab i clicked on the music tab. if you look to the bottom right of the itunes page there will be two tabs you can click on. one says settings and the other one says autofill. i clicked on the autofill and then it just started syncing. that was it. i'm not a tech guy by any means. just kinda of got lucky. i hope this helps you out. good luck!

You can only sync with one computer. I would backup to one computer and then restore from backup.

Yesterday i synced my music to my ipod touch from iTunes. the musice went on but nothing showed up on the ipod in the 'recently added' folder. now today i went to connect it to the laptop and neither my computer or iTunes recognized the ipod. 1st a message showed up saying an ipod was detected but cuddn't be identified so reconnect and when i did nothing showed up again. i have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and restarted the computer a number of times but the ipod still wont show up. So, I locked my iPod while listening to music, then pressed to home button to turn it back on, then I pressed it again twice to bring up the music controls so I could pause the song. I am currently an owner of an Ipod Touch 4th generation. I see you are having problems with your Ipod Touch, so I will try to find a solution to your problem.
Hold down the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10sec. or until Apple logo appears (Nothing will be lost, this is just a "Hard Reset")

You can do nothing if it's not online. With a passcode and iOS 7.1 (there is no 7.2) the device is uselss because it cannot be erased except by you.
