I have a problem with my Iphone 4s since I did my first update at your Itunes, the bluetooth and the WiFi it is not workinhg anymore.
It is sad that companies like apple are not able to support thier sofware and business.
I went to a apple store at South Park, Charlotte NC,
and found out the worst customer service (in my case)
They don't have answers and don't understand about "dont let any customer go away sad or mad"
I explain to them that I did everything they said to fix the problem, even to dounload the iOS 6.1.3
that was supposed to fix the problem.
they said fix the problem in other phones but not in mine.
So here I am with no wifi and bluetooth, with apple technicians and experts that don't know what to do with the problem that the sofware they developed cause in my iphone 4s.
and the solution is for me to pay $199.00 US dollars for a problem that I did not cause.
wich means to buy something else from apple to fix a problem that it is not my fault.
Great! what a convenient solution.
I would like to have an answer from you guys and see if someone there have a better answer for me that shows support, values and integrity as a grest company with solutions for your customers.
Dont think that I want a new phone, I want mine fixed if is possible.

Apple isnt here. this is a user based forum for technical questions. The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$

ThanksI don't think that a software update from Apple will solve the issues that you are having. You have a rogue installation. After you posted I have just done the following:
Disk Utility can verify my partitioned Volume (including my boot disk) AND REPAIR the non-boot disks on the same Volume without a glitch. It repairs the non-boot disks containing data smoothly.

I am sorry that I cannot help further but I am sure there must be a way to reinstall the software without having to revert to restoring your ML backup. I have two clones and if you have such I would attempt to do that through that rather than through Time Machine - that is of course if you have a cloned drive.

I haven't gotten a new sim card because the problem has been presenting itself in various cards not only mine. So far, all I've done is reset my network settings.
Last night, I turned off the 3G tab and it had all the signal bars. Today, I did the network reset and it's working apparently. But like I said before, previously the bars just disappear and the iphone only has the 3G activated. -

Okay, so FaceTime stopped working once you upgraded to iOS 7 is that the situation? It doesn't work over either cellular or WiFi networks? I assume you have checked the Settings>FaceTime>FaceTime switch is on and that you have your correct Apple ID in there as well?

Did you see this problem on your iPhone 4?So what should i do?You may have had small specks of dust under your screen protector or it may be a little residue depending on how your screen protector was applied.

I have a problem with my iPhone 4s. An Apple rep looked at the phone tonight and determined I will need a new phone. I am now trying to back up my data to iTunes but I cannot get the phone to turn on. I have it plugged into my computer monitor but it just slowly flashes the Apple symbol. I can not enable or disable the device, display lights up when you plug the charger. same display works fine as it is surprising. or maybe someone knows what is the reason for this? is there any way to solve this problem?
More than likely its a hardware issue, I have never encountered such a problem and best bet is to just go get it replaced. If you have insurance on your device apple will replace it as long as there was no water damage, if you dont have insurance they will charge $200 more or less. Hope you get it fixed
