I cannot print anything with FF. It is not the printer as it is the same if I print to pdf factory. The print preview on both is also blank. I have no problem with any other browser.

I am unable to print anything through FF. I have tried the printer and also to pdf factory. Both result in blank pages being printed and also blank print previews. I am using FF 5.0. I have no problem with IE, Chrome or Safari. In order to print from FF I have to copy the text etc and paste into Word.

Transfer them to your computer using File>Transfer Purchases in iTunes, then sync them to the new phone. You can not re-download ringtones like you can music.

I have Windows XP Pro and I downloaded the Extension Download Statusbar 0.9.8 . I have no problems downloading anything............but when the download is finished, the window that it downloaded in disappears! What can I do to correct this? Thanks.

I questioned that 64 bit version thing and when I checked the download it sent me to the java version 32 bit for windows 7. The download of jre 32 bit works for my computer on internet explorer but not for firefox 17. At some point yesterday all of my saved clips from a large project adopted the "Rejected" classification and lost the "Favorite" designation that I spent the better part of one week selecting. I have no idea how this happened, I surely did not intentionally designate all my shots as Rejects, but I'm wondering if there is any way to remove the Reject designation and recover my "Favorites"? Not that it helps, but it certainly seems there should be a warning message before FCP X does something so radical. Anyone know how can I can fix this? Thanks

Do you use Time Machine? You should be able to just go back in time on the project file, right? If you don't use Time Machine, you should. A 2 TB external USB hard drive is around $113 at Amazon.com. You just plug it in and tell Time Machine to use it and you're done.
You can Select All in the Event and then click ont he grey star next to the green star to remove the Rejected status on all clips, but that won't restore your Favorites. You need to revert your project file to a backup.

Thank you for being patient with a "beginner" :-) I have now realized that I had no understanding of how iCloud would affect things.
Calendar: On the iPhone I have set the default calendar to "From my PC" and now things are working ok. I have done the same on the iPad and this is also working ok. I accept that to keep things in sync I have to connect (by USB) to the PC but this is ok.
Contacts: I was about to make the equivalent changes regarding Contacts and have done so on the iPhone only to find that there is no "From my PC" on the iPad.
Any suggestions/help would be much appreciated.
Would I be better off just getting rid of iCloud and going back to USB sync every now and then. This used to be fine for me. Perhaps I have been making things difficult by mixing iCloud with a non-iCloud device (the W7 PC).

Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine.

Had the same problem. Have you checked your Cellular Data Network MMS fields? You should write there your MMS settings (APN, username, password, mmsc, mms proxy and mms max message size). You can get the data from your carrier. After that you could need to restart iPhone. Worked for me.

Are you trying to use the phone in Bahrain with a supported carrier there? I suspect not. If you try to use this phone outside of Bahrain, you won't have FaceTime. This is done to prevent folks from simply crossing the border to purchase iPhones in Bahrain...FaceTime is banned in Saudi Arabia & the UAE. Sorry, but you'll only have FaceTime on that phone while using it in Bahrain on a supported carrier's network there.

Error 23, 28, 29: These errors may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow the steps in this article. Also attempt to restore while connected with the white USB Dock Connector cable that shipped with your device, on a known good computer and network to isolate this issue to the device. The MAC address being missing or the IMEI being the default value, (00 499901 064000 0), can also confirm a hardware issue. Out-of-date or incorrectly configured security software can also cause these errors.

Sorry for the delay...
I did what you've told me, new account and manually copied my files from Time Machine. I had lots of permissions problems, but at the end, almost everything is in order... It seems it had to be with some of the Apple Preferences, but I can't be sure, as most of them were dumped to the trash can.
I still don't have my Mail Rules back, unfortunately, although I did goggled some. It is a pity, as I had around 30 or 40 of them, getting my mail in order to each of its mailboxes, but it is a small price as the rest doesn't show the before syntoms.

Apple isnt here. this is a user based forum for technical questions. The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$
