I have a problem with my phone, please help!

I use a Nokia Asha 200, I tried to do a software update on my fone last week but after that my fone goes off by itself whenever I put it on. When the fone is off and I charge the battery, it shows battery charging like normal. But when i switch it on, it keep on coming on and off by itself even when the battery is full. Please I need solution because I have no other phone.

Is it the same if you remove the SIMs and the Memory Card and switch the phone ON without any of them ...? If the problem doesn't appear.. insert one thing at a time and try to isolate what is causing the issue. One of the SIMs or the MC. If the problem reappears with one of the SIMs get that SIM replaced. If its the MC, back-up data from it on to your PC and Format it. Then try again ..

I have a problem with my microphone. After i bougth Creative's sound card "Sound blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio" and installed it, everything was allright and my microphone was working great, but this was when I used Windows XP, when i started to use Windows 7, it suddenly was very weak and i almost didn't heard it.
Currently, I have bouth Windows XP and Windows 7 installed, so I know the microphone is working when I am switching up between the OS, because it still works good on Windows XP.
If you can help please tell me.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit, I made sure the flexijack settings in the Audio controll panel are set to microphone and not line in, in the Windows 7 audio controll I have set the microphone volum to maximum and made sure it is configured properly.

If I understand correctly, you are in Romania and the phone was bought from Sweden. In order to unlock that device, you have to have the carrier in Sweden unlock it. If your phone just won't power on, then wjosten has provided the steps needed to try and power it on. Otherwise, if you want the phone "unlocked" or if it has been "jailbroken" or an unauthorized version of software has been put on the iphone, nobody can help you here.

Unfortunately if you have downloaded Babylon toolbar this is probably the culprit. to fix this right click on the menu toolbar the the one with the file menu on it and un-check Babylon toolbar. This should fix the problem.

my memory work good and i can see it from gallery but when i want to save some thing it save directelly in memory dont give me choise and when i want to sign ring tone for alert or ringtone or massege i dont see any thing i save in memory or phone i see only tones whice come with phone
what can i do plz.

you need to go to file manager scroll right to memory card
find the tune you want as ringtone
select options-copy to folder-choose phone memory-choose sounds-choose digital-choose tones-save it here-
it will now apper in the tones selection
you can directly save txts and mms to memory card via message settings
i think if you do this bluetooth files recieved will be saved to memory card as well
pics can be saved to memory card via camera settings and the same for video clips
to save music use pc suite or even better a card reader

I have major problem with my SL. HELP!

Hello I'm newbie here. I need HELP! When SL first time restart and when it start up... I notice that my clock on top right corner the ":" didn't flash. It shows like 12 34 56 not 12:34:56.
So I look up the system preferences and the checkmark is still there beside "flash between the time separators. I tried to uncheckmark it then checkmark, nothing success.
Also I notice that the network / internet disconnected often not like the Leopard. I had to turn the AirPort off and then turn it back on. I check on Network Diagnostics and the Internet / Server failed sometime. I have no problem with that when I was on Leopard in the same spot (wireless shows full bar) before I upgraded to Snow Leopard.
Sorry for my horrible english grammar. I'm deaf that's why.

When I upgrade, it remaining in English nothing changed. But the network connection still have issue and the suggestion in other thread still don't work. The flash of ":" won't flashing. It still off even the checkmark is still there. UGH I need HELP since no body respond to my help!

Weirdest problem with ipod!PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Okay, i tried to load a playlist that had about 100 songs on it. While its loading, the update just stops. My ipod starts going crazy.The apple logo keeps lighting up and then the light doesnt come on but the logo is still there. You can hear the inside of it like trying to come on but then it just keeps doing the same thing til the battery life runs out! I really need help on this! I've tried to reset but everytime I do it it just keeps doing the same thing. I dont know if i should wipe all my songs off of itunes or what but im so confused and so aggravated with it. PLEASE HELP ME! I'D REALLY APPRECIATE IT!

Strange USB problem with 23" ACD: Please help

Okay I will take you through my entire experience and then if you have any ideas what the problem(s) could be, I am in serious need of assistance.
I have had a Mac Pro and 23" ACD for about 6 months now. Everything has worked beautifully. Then, last Saturday, I go to type on my keyboard (connected to ACD's USB), and it does not work. I plug the keyboard into the tower, it works. I try moving the ACD's USB connector to various ports on the Mac Pro, and nothing fixes the problem. But the USB ports work with any other device. So I think my monitor is bad and I take it to the Apple Store. He plugs my monitor into a MacBook Pro and it works just fine. So I go home and plug it back into my Mac Pro and it still does not work. Then I tried to reset the PRAM and NVRAM - this fixed the problem - temporarily. Things worked again for about two days and then the problem returned, this time not resolved by resetting the PRAM/NVRAM.
Out of curiosity, I plugged my ACD into my PowerBook and the ACD's USB ports worked fine, so I assumed I must have an issue with my Mac Pro's USB ports not giving enough power. A phone call to Apple Care supported this theory, and I am scheduled to bring my tower into the Apple Store.
But then today, just as a last minute check, I plugged my ACD back into my PowerBook to make sure that the problem is really in my Mac Pro. This time, the USB's did not work, even when plugged into the PowerBook. I tried moving my ACD's power cord to a different outlet, and then the USB ports worked. I thought this might have been the problem all along, so I plug things back into my Mac Pro - does not work. I take them back to the PowerBook, now it does not work.
I am completely confused by this because it is like sometimes the ACD's USB's work, sometimes not. I cannot figure this out... where is the problem... in my Mac Pro or in my Cinema Display? This is so frustrating.
Also, since this problem has surfaced, I no longer have control of brightness of my display from within OS X (10.5.4) and it appears that OS X is not seeing this monitor as being an ACD but rather a regular monitor.
Please, anyone, what do I do? I do not even know how to diagnose this problem anymore.

Multiple Problems with N93! Please Help!

I've had the N93 for about 2 weeks and have come across many problems. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
1. Cannot remove themes - I used to own a 7610 and to delete themes from that phone you just went into themes/options and deleted it. The N93 does not have that option in Themes - it only has Preview, Apply, Edit, Help & Exit. I tried deleting/removing themes from Application Manager but it does not list all my themes - at the moment I have 17 themes but only 10 of them are showing up in App. Manager. I have tried removing some of the ones that are there to see if the others will show up but they don't. I have searched the entire phone for the theme files and cannot find them anywhere, so I have no way of removing them.
2. I cannot install any games or applications with .sis extension (I can however install .jar games and themes). I get the following error: "Installation of file.sis not supported". I have tried via cable/pc suite and have also tried copy/pasting the installer to the phone and installing from there and it doesn’t work - I have also tried installing these games/apps on a 7610 and they work fine. My apps. manager settings on N93 are to set to install all and check online cert. is off.
3. Sometimes when installing new themes my previous themes completely disappear. Shortly after the first time I noticed this happen I tried to reinstall the previous themes, it would accept the files, ask where to save, installation progress would go all the way to the end then an error msg came up saying Unable to Install (or something like that). I tried installing on both memory and phone and also tried copy/pasting the file to phone and installing from there but nothing worked. I then formatted the memory card but still could not install anything. And so I ended up formatting the phone using *#7370# (as found on the discussion boards) and then I could install themes again. BUT I still cannot remove themes from themes/options.. and as before not all themes appear in apps. manager so I cannot remove them from there either, and I still cannot install any games or apps with .sis extension.
Are these general problem/glitches with the N93 or is mine just a faulty one? Also does anyone know if the option of delete is indeed supposed to be in Themes/Options/Delete? Anyone with an Nseries phone please check and see if yours does or if you’re supposed to delete from apps. Manager? And if so do all your themes appear in apps. Manager? And also I’m sure the N93 is supposed to be able to install .sis games and apps right??
Please please please any and all help appreciated!!

No the themes I'm trying to remove are the ones I installed. Once in themes I scroll to the one I want to remove but when i press options Delete is not there, for any of the themes. I don't mind the themes that come with the phone and have no intention of uninstalling them, but I want to be able to uninstall the ones I've downloaded and installed myself. But I'm sure the delete option is supposed to be there, unless you are supposed to uninstall all themes from apps. manager but then there is still a problem/glitch as it does not list them all.
The themes that disappear are random (some are for N93, some for N92), when it first happened i formatted phone and memory card then installed themes again, this time different ones disappeared that didn't before.
As far as the sis files perhaps not all but at least some of the games/apps I have tried to install were for latest version of s60. I can't remember which right now as I tried so many (to be sure there was a problem).
Does anyone know of any .sis apps for N93 (latest s60 version) that definitely do work? So I can try them and see whether or not there is a problem?Message Edited by mjm2685 on 24-Aug-2006

Messaging Problem with 3.0 Please Help

I upgraded to 3.0 and now 3GS. Prior to this my wife was able to text me from her verizon blackberry, no issues and it came in on the iphone messaging. Now, somehow the iphone is changing it into an "email". The text appears as her [email protected] It's not a real email because it's not appearing in my home outlook server which is where the iphone pulls my emails from. This is way inconvient since the text doesn't appear till i go manually pull email. Anyone else have these issues. She didn't do anything different, just texts to my phone #? Techies please help.

I'm having problems with my ringtones please help

I have tried everything to fix my BB Curve problem even down to the battery.   I have custom ringtones set for my husband and other family members. So whenever they call or text I know who it is.. Now my issue is that if I get a text from my son his ringtone will sound than if I get a standard text my son's ringtone will go again. Not the default for just regular ringtones. I took off my facebook becuase someone said that could be a problem. Verizon sent me a new phone and I entered everything manually so if there was something wrong I wouldn't transfer the problem to the new phone. It's not fixed. If someone could please help me. I'm getting ready to turn my BB off completely it's that frustrating. Thank you for any help.

It sounds as if you are saying that any "non-specific" SMS sender receives that text tone of the last one you have set a personal tone for who has texted you?
I don't know. I can only say that if you use those instructon in the guideline, they work.
