It's a customer password protected site which uses dojo, scriptaculous and several other java scripts. It receives an array into a DIV and then copies portions of this array to the visible area. The user can change the order of the contents in the visible table.
I did a regression test today and could determine the last workable buid as the trunk firefox-3.0a2pre 2007-02-01 and the first broken build as the trunk firefox-3.0.a2pre 2007-02-02.
There is no error on console related to this. Simply the area stays
blank as if there were no data. On the page source the array is loaded but the table is empty. On the workable version, both the array and the table have content.'''bold text'''

I'm back on the issue because I think I did not express my real need. I'm currently using Fedora 8 which was phased out 2 years ago because some old applications doesn't run on newer versions. Fedora 8 died whith ff 2.0.0.19.
Now I'm in process of migration to a newer version and discovered that one of the sites I need to access several times a month does not show a table.
As the moment to migrate is getting closer, I did a regression test since ff4 to ff2 and I discovered that the change happened on the compilation of the firefox 3.0a2pre on the date 2007-02-02.
At the end of january, 2007 there were several changes in the javascript interpreter and I don't know yet if the problem is a bug or a colateral effect of a change to follow some ECMA specification.
So, to continue the investigation, my question is:

I have created some music tracks as aiff files which I want to load onto my iPod Shuffle 4th Generation, but it won't play them - it just bleeps at me. I have changed them to AAC which works but would rather use aiffs. Can anyone tell me what settings do I need to use to make aiffs work? The info on the iPod says that it accepts aiff files!!

I am unable to upload Quicktime movies made with imovie to the web. I've tried using Filezilla (which worked well until recently) or even going directly to the webhost via Cox (my internet provider). The upload always gets caught in a loop. I have repaired permissions. I've been successfully uploading movies each week to my church website (or intermediary like Filezilla) for over a year. I cannot figure out why I'm no longer successful. Your feedback is desired and welcome. nojo99

I am new to workflow and I am trying to create an attachment in Workflow (SAP ECC 6.0) and pass it through to a User Decision (User Decision works fine) however the workflow is failing on the attachment step with u2018The source and target structure have a different number of fieldsu2019. I feel as though I am forced into repairing the iphone before I can backup the information (photos, videos, contacts). If the apple ID on the device is the same as the one on my iMac I do not understand why I have to unlock the iphone by typing in the 4 digit passcode. This is a little ******** as having the screen break seems to be the usual prpblem with the iphone, I want to be able to backup my files when I feel the obvious need to do so (eg. when it breaks)! I also believe I shouldn't have to use other apps for backing it up (which I obviously have to pay for).. I am rather angry with this issue.Okay folkes, you were right and I was wrong.. I admit it. But I was pretty mad though when I tryed to backup the last few contacts I needed for work and couldn't do so. Worst things are when something gets broken (by me or whatever) when there is an emergency. I needed the contacts off of that phone real fast and couldn't do it, thats what got me real mad. And btw I am a Russian living in Moscow and instead of having an official Apple store we have shopes called ReStore who resell apple devices with ridiculous prices, same thing with the repairs. It is cheaper to sometimes buy a new iphone then repair an old one.. So there.. but I repaired it and now happy again with my apple device.. Also I know the itunes and icloud are free and I do back it up, this time however I couldn't use them and had to try the iphone extractor app, which is not free. There.. If Safari crashes on launch and you don't have another web browser, you should be able to launch Safari by starting up in safe mode.
You may have installed the "Genieo" or "InstallMac" ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it.
Back up all data before making any changes.
Besides the files listed in the linked support article, you may also need to remove this file in the same way:
~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.genieo.completer.ltvbit.plist
If there are other items with a name that includes "Genieo" or "genieo" alongside any of those you find, remove them as well.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those.
After removing the malware, remember to reset your home page in all the web browsers affected, if it was changed.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, then you may have one of the other kinds of adware covered by the support article. Follow the rest of the instructions in the article.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. Chances are you got it from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad in a page on some other site. The ad would probably have included a large green button labeled "Download" or "Download Now" in white letters. The button is designed to confuse people who intend to download something else on the same page. If you ever download a file that isn't obviously what you expected, delete it immediately.

Hi, I've just downloaded the latest release 10.1.1 and now I do not see any more correctly my clips either in the canvas and in the timeline. Playing clips, they now appears with garbled images, completely unstables: I can not editing in these conditions!

I've stored the library in HARD DISK which is installed inside my computer (1 TB capacity) and different from my hard disk in which I've installed all my applications (600 GB capacity).
I've installed FCP since 2001, bought FCP X in 2012: never had a problem. Yesterday I was editing my video of my last vacations (in California!) and I have updated FCP X, downloading FCP X 10.1.1: then the problem!
Strange is the fact that I've just tried to export a short project, I can see the final product quite well.
What is impossible is playing the clips within Final Cut: they are jumpimg, moving, presenting some frame in green or red ...
Everything all right in iMovie.
I've just checked the RAM: 9GB out of 12 GB is busy, could this be the problem?
Motion is very slow: for 20 sec of project, it takes minutes to play. And once again, if you finalize the projet and export it in Quicktime, you can see it correctly.
I do hope you may suggest something, I'm getting crazy!

An adaptor doesn't burn out. It merely serves as a means to connect the power prongs on your device to the power supply.
I believe you are thinking of a transformer, which you do not need. A transformer converts one voltage to another.
You don't need to do that as the power supply of modern electronics can take almost any worldwide voltage.
Look at the label on the device. It should indicate the input power acceptable of 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz.
Additionally, I found the adapters cheaper in the UK than I found them in the US. They were available in most supermarket chains. I wasn't in Ireland, so I can't say one way or the other.
If you have something that doesn't have that input power spec, it would require a transformer.
On other items like electric clocks or things with motors, you can connect them up to a transformer and the voltage will be correct, but the frequency may not. For clocks, that will cause them to not keep time well. For motors, they will burn out. -
My phone was stolen, but I had no data left and so can't locate it till the person who has it tries to use the internet. I backed up all my photos on iCloud, and want to get them on my PC. I installed iCloud onto the PC and followed the instructions and still can't find my pictures, says my photostream folder is empty, but it shows on iCloud that i've used most of my storage which is true, so they must be there somewhere?

As has been pointed out, OWC is an excellent source for Mac compatible RAM. Crucial is another first rate source for Mac RAM. RAM from either vendor will work just as well as any purchased from Apple with the bonus of being less expensive and having a lifetime guarantee.

I was synching my iphone 4 and unplugged it. It's now stuck on a screen that has the chord and the music note that says itunes under it. I have tried to reboot and have even cancelled my last synching process. My phone is froze. I need help.
You probably have to go through a restore of the phone.
Plug the phone in and launch iTunes, then select your phone from the left side of the menu.
There will be an option to restore the phone and click that button.
That will erase and restore the phone. After it's done, it will ask you to restore from a recent backup, and you can choose to go ahead and restore.
You should be back up and running from there, but may have to do some minor tweeks to get yourself back up exactly as you left off. Some things like your visual voicemail password and email passwords may have to be entered again, but you'll be in good shape. -
Suddenly when I try and log in to the store I enter Apple ID and password and it just says "Unknown Error". If I try again it locks the account and I have to reset the password. Then the same thing happens again. Now reset password several times. Help!

If your iPhone was hacked/jailbroken to use a different carrier then the update locks it back again to the original carrier.
