I have a verified appleID but icloud will not verify my appleID. Please help.

Hi All,
I've verified my appleID. I reset my password this morning as per the online support suggestion; to no avail.
Facetime and access to the Appstore is working fine.
Please help. I'm a techie (really ... SO frustrated that i cant make this work) and feel like this is an Apple / server / authentication / stupid-process issue.

I would try a restart on the computer.
More then likely itunes cannot get to the usb port, or the computer is having troubles.
What computer, what OS, what version of iTunes?

You'll have to get it serviced or replaced again, contact Apple, usually a replaced device is under warranty for 90 days as well.

Just to add this : iWeb -- the app itself -- is still supported,updated only months ago and as part of the ilife '11 DVDs still widely spread even though it is not sold on the AppStore it is official part of iLife. It runs in Lion and there is zero issues with the app. So a training makes sense, doesn't it ?.

Could you please let me know what error prompts on your screen when you are trying to enter the serial number.
Have you bought subscription for Acrobat, if yes then you might need to sign in at "adobe.com" using your Adobe ID credentials to activate subscription.

Authorize the computer from the "Store" menu. You will have to use the Apple ID used to purchase the music.

If you want to solve your problems, unjailbreak. And don't do it again, because jailbreaking causes problems as you read about in that article. You can try Recovery Mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

I kept forgetting and procrastinating about following your instructions, since I have internet access only for limited amounts of time and usually I am busy with important tasks when I am.
Out of the blue, the problem corrected itself (the Save As box started to open full screen, then shrunk down to a normal size and the edges can now be dragged to a custom size).
Even the copy and paste problem in the filenaming area seems to have been less troublesome lately even though there have been no updates to Firefox in a few weeks.
Even though I marked the solution as not helpful, the problem has in fact been resolved. I will save the solution instructions in case the issue returns.

You may have more than one issue, but the most important one is that your internal hard drive is failing, or there is some other hardware fault.
Back up all data on the drive immediately if you don't already have a current backup. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional—ask if you need guidance.
Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.
If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you have at least two complete, independent backups, and you know how to restore to an empty drive from any of them.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.
Keeping your confidential data secure during hardware repair
Apple also recommends that you deauthorize a device in the iTunes Store before having it serviced.
*An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed.
