After running CC update I have TWO versions of Photoshop CC. Which should I delete?
I had the CC version of Photoshop installed. A week or two ago I ran the CC updater and it listed something called "Adobe Photoshop CC 2014" in addition to "Adobe Photoshop CC." I selected "update all" and ended up with what appear to be two copies of Photoshop on my OS X Mac:
Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 - version 15.0.0
Adobe Photoshop CC - version 14.2.1
Questions:
It seems like the "CC 2014" copy is a new version and that I do not need the original "CC" installation, right?
Should I just run the uninstaller in the "CC" version folder, and will this leave the "CC 2014" intact?
Is there a reason this happened, and should I do anything to prevent a repeat?

-so do not uninstall the older CC programs if you use plugins in your programs until you are sure you have plugins that work in CC2014

I have the HP Office Jet Pro 8600 which is dificult to use for printing envelopes .
I bought an HP 1010 small printer [not wireless] which I want to dedicate for printing envelopes only. It is not wireless. How can I connect it so that it will show up for selection for envelopes only? I have it connected to the PC with an UBS

I noticed you are trying to use your HP 1010 for printing envelopes only. I am happy to look into this for you!
The easiest solution is to load the printer with envelopes, and then to just select that printer when you go to print. You will need to choose the paper type each time you print though, depending on the program or Operating System.
So I can look into this further, could you please reply with the following information:
The Product/Model Number of your printer. Follow instructions in this link. Finding Your HP Product Model Number.
If you are using a Windows or Mac Operating System, and the version number. To find the exact version, visit this link. Whatsmyos.
The name of the program you are printing with.

I downloaded itunes on my new laptop, but I cannot seem to find any of my content (music, movies, books...). I would like for my itunes library to be available on both computers (desktop pc and laptop pc). IS THIS POSSIBLE???
I've tried homesharing, but nothing shows up. Also, I'm assuming once I leave home with the laptop, the content wouldn't be available.
There is probably a simple solution but I can't seem to figure it out in a crunch...Please help!Works fine in Windows - copy your entire iTunes library to an external USB drive, plug this into your laptop, start iTunes while holding down the shift key and then select the iTunes library on the external drive. Alternatively you can can repeat the copy process from the external drive to your laptop. Once you have the duplicated libraries Microsoft's SyncToy tool does a good job of keeping the content of the different libraries in sync. You can also copy over a network but unless your library is small this can be very slow. I've used this method for years so that I can have the same library content at home (master), at work, and on the road. One point to note is that this only works if you set iTunes (via Edit > Preferences > Advanced) to keep iTunes media folder organized and copy files to iTunes folder. Other thing is to make sure you exit from iTunes before copying/synchronizing the library, as otherwise the iTunes library files (.itl and .xml in Windows) may be inconsistent with content (everything in iTunes\iTunes Media).

My grandson made some purchases I did not realize were so high he had $25.00 in I Tunes cards but he went over that limit and I did not realize it.the purchases were on 2/1/2014 and 1/30/2014. I would like to have them removed and the updates removed if possible.
It's not currently possible to merge accounts, nor to transfer content from account to another account - content will remain tied to the account that originally bought/downloaded it.

Does Elements need to have access to ‘My Pictures’ on Windows as when I remove Photos from ‘My Pictures’, Elements later, when backing up, gives a message that it is unable to ‘reconnect’ to the same picture on elements. On other occasions when removing a photo from Elements catalogue I also get a similar message when backing up saying ‘unable to reconnect’. 1. Is there a relationship between Elements and My Pictures and is Elements dependant on the Windows ‘My Pictures’? 2. Why does some photos in Elements in some cases cause them to multiply e.g. double; triple; quadruple; and on occasions even more? Is there something I need to do to stop this or an easy way I can remove the multiples without spending hours doing it manually one by one? Am I doing something wrong? My O/S is Windows XP SP2 and windows Vista on my Laptop. I have been using Elements 5 and have just purchased Photoshop Elements 8.0. (Upgrade) and about to install it. Be grateful for any advice as I do enjoy using the program if only I can resolve this issue. I am not a PC wiz and mainly use Elements to catalogue photos from which I compile collections and from them slide shows with music. The organizer doesn't care where you send your photos when you download them via the downloader or where they happen to be when you first bring them in if you use the Get Photos command, but once your pics are in the Organizer, you *must* move them from within organizer or it can't find them. You don't have to use My Pictures at all if you don't want to, but regardless of the folder where you put your photos, if you want them someplace else, you use organizer to do it.

You are downloading the Flash installer, which I think itself downloads another installer, which may again download something else that has to run. Adobe's installer is one of the worst pieces of software on the PLANET.
That said, the problem is that you are not actually running the installer and letting it update Flash. Doing so will force you to quit Safari in the process.
Go look for whatever Adobe downloaded to your Downloads folder and run it. -
