Forget about all the versions you already have (5.0 through to CS2). They will no longer work and the serial numbers are redundant.
Download the non-activation version of CS2 form the link provided by kglad and use the new non-activation serial number provided at that link. Your existing serial number(s) will no longer work.
Note: there is no guarantee that CS2 will run well on Win 8.1. Try it and see.

First on a Powerbook G4 running 10.4.11 I respond to an invitation to upgrade to Firefox 4 (like a lot of others). I cannot get .arw or jpeg files from my Sony A6000 to be taken into my Lightroom 4.4 via the normal "synchronise" process. I have updated my Pc to Adobe RAW/DNG 8.4 with no improvement. Can you help please?
With regards to your .arw files:
You need to either purchase and install Lightroom 5.4 -- OR -- download and install and use the FREE Adobe DNG Converter version 8.4, did you actually launch and use the DNG Converter?
There should be no problem importing JPG files into Lightroom from your camera, what happens when you try? Is there an error message? -

Are you saying that the Installation failed, or that Photoshop has installed but won't open?
You say Photoshop PS7. Is that a typo, or do you really mean the version that was released in 2002 and that preceded Photoshop CS?

What format are those music scores (I'm not familiar with cubase documents). But, it may be that Adobe PDF Pack doesn't support that format. In that case, Acrobat is the way to go. You can then print your files to PDF as you'd like. You're welcome to try Acrobat for free for 30 days to see whether it's going to work for you. If you decide it is, and you'd like to use it going forward, you could convert your PDF Pack subscription into an Acrobat subscription.

How do I stop an app from waiting? I have tried to reboot by holding the home key and power button to power down. The app is still grayed out and waiting so it cannot be deleted. Also, I have tried to sync the apps from my laptop and tried downloading new appswith no success. Can you help? Thanks
If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

I tried to authorize a new computer with Windows 8 for my iTunes acct. Per iTunes Help, there is an "authorize computer" prompt in the menu selection on iTunes store website. I can find no such listing. I have two computers linked to my account so I know that adding another one would be ok. Any suggestions?

Install dreamweaver on new computer with original .dmg?
Hi, I have Dreamweaver CS3 on a computer (Mac, running OSX Tiger) that I will be replacing with an iMac running Snow Leopard. My license is well within the 3 year limit--actually, less than 2 years. But the link on my order history is nonfunctional, and after 2 hours on line with Adobe, they tell me they will not be able to let me download again. They want me to upgrade (would be nice, but I can't afford to do right now, plus that is irrelevant to my license!) The question is: I have the original .dmg file still on my computer. Could I use this to put Dreamweaver on my new computer? Thanks for the help!
A .dmg file is a disk image. One mounts the disk and it acts as a virtual drive. You should have no problems with the installation, assuming you are not required to type in a license number or you have the license number for your Adobe product.
Essentially, what you are doing is moving the application to another computer and this is entirely within the scope of your license.
What you need to do on the computer you are retiring is deactivate the copy on the outgoing computer.
Then just install on your new one from your .dmg file.
Type in the serial number.
Activate.

At the risk of giving too much information:
I run a Mac iMac 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2.5 GB 667 MHz DDR2 5 DRAM with OS X version 10.4.11
The issue:
I recently did the following things,
a) Downloaded and used Safari Version 4 Public Beta (4528.17) Without any issues.
b) Downloaded and used Flash Player 10.
Prior to this I wasn't aware of any issues, so I shall assume that Safari and Flash Player 9 worked fine together.
I also run Opera version 10.00 Beta, Firefox version 3.0.1.0
Here's the issue, when I visit BBC iPlayer and select a TV or Radio progamme I get this warning ..."A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 10 to run slowly. If it continues to run. your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?" YES/NO ( attached file).
Selecting Yes or No results in the TV or Radio Progamme continuing to play but all control is lost so a Force quit is neccessary.
This issue applies to Firefox and Opera.
Sky.com doesn't appear to suffer these issues in as much when I've uninstalled Flash Player, Sky asks for 10 to be installed and works fine once it's done. I should add that I installed Adobe AIR after the issues began without any resolution.
No doubt when you know what the issue is it's resolved in a flash, so come on who out there can help me...please.Hello Chris,
Thanks for the Flash settings instructions, that was useful and now I understand that all those particular options are available from a right click. Having said that in this case I still wasn't able to resolve my issue, although I can right click and by clicking anywhere in the Adobe Flash Player Settings panel select or deselect there doesn't appear to be anyway to save that selection,(attached).
I should say at this point that I'm thinking that if my issue might be display speed then by disabling hardware acceleration this might resolve the issue.

It's what's inside the wrappers (codecs) that determine file size and quality.
All of those file extension use some level of compression and all are lossy.
The real answer is another question. "What is the format of your source video"? A DV digital camera would come into the computer at 13 GB's per hour and this .dv file can be edited using many different applications.
When you use these .dv files there is no loss in quality from your source. But at 13 GB's per hour the file size make an impractical delivery dilemma. You're forced, in most cases, to export to a delivery media (DVD, Web based files or CD's) and then you much choose other codecs and wrappers.
So now you must ask other questions. "How will my files be viewed"? "How small must the file size be based on the delivery media"? "How much compression and what codecs should I use"?
What do you have and where is it going to be viewed? -
I have just updated itunes to 10.7 and now my videos and flims will not play.
This helped overcome the crash problem, but (as reported before), I still have to start iTunes in Safe Mode in order to watch any videos. This has been the case since 10.5.
The regular mode behavior has changed a bit - instead of the progress bar moving to the end of the video, showing no video but playing the audio for about three seconds, it now leaves the progress bar where it is ... but the rest of the behavior hasn't changed.
Windows 7 Professional, 64 bit on an HP dv8t quad-core laptop w/ 8 GB RAM, running nVidia GeForce 230M with 1 GB video RAM.
Thanks for your prompt response to the original problem posted above. At least now I'm back where I started from before I upgraded to 10.7. Not optimal, but I've finally gotten used to doing a Ctrl-Shift-click to run iTunes.
