I have adobe creative cloud how do I get adobe muse.
Do I have to but adobe muse separatly or does it come with adobe creative cloud. if so can some one tell me how to download it

in this case I would download a really new trial version of your program(s) in question and change it/them into a "real" version later, BUT because you said, that you "re-installed" already, so it becomes a little bit complicated. It would be necessary that you have to use "Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool".
Here an advice for that (The order varies depending on your individual needs. Please read all my proposals first, so you can better choose the first step:)
1. Maybe you have to activate/deactivate, so please have a look there:

2. Sometimes, we know in the meantime, the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
3. You did already try "uninstalling and re-installing". Be careful with (de)installing aso. by (de)installing by your own resources. As much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.     Hi,
    I think you are looking for a way to sign out of Creative Cloud desktop app.  If I am correct then please follow the below given steps:-
    Open the Creative Cloud Desktop App.  If you don't see the Creative Cloud icon, do the following:
    Windows: Choose Start > Programs > Adobe Creative Cloud.
    Mac OS: Choose Go > Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud > Adobe Creative Cloud.
    In the app, choose Settings () > Preferences
    On the Account tab, click Sign Out from Creative Cloud

    ich habe die Adobe Creative Cloud installiert und mir InDesign und Illustrator als Testversion geladen, mit der Absicht diese auch im Abo zu kaufen.
    Am Anfang hat alles wunderbar funktioniert, doch als ich den Rechner runter- und später wieder hochgefahren habe, lies sich Adobe Creative Cloud nicht mehr öffnen.
    Wenn ich dann auf InDesign oder Illustrator geklickt habe, bekam ich den Konfigurationsfehler 16 mit der Bitte um Deinstallation und Neuinstallation.
    Auf den Hilfeseiten von Adobe ist dieser Fehler mit dessen Behebung auch beschrieben. Nachdem ich es nun endlich (hoffe ich) geschafft habe, meine Administratorrechte zu bekommen, wollte ich die Anleitung abarbeiten.
    Ich bekomme allerdings die Deaktivierung der Attribute "Schreibgeschützt" im Ordner "SLStore" schon nicht hin, jedes mal wenn ich es bestätige ist es OK, sobald ich aber wieder in die Eigenschaften reingehe, ist das Häkchen wieder da.
    Ich wollte dann einfach mal weitermachen bei Schritt 3, doch da ist das nächste Problem: Auf meinem Rechner existiert kein Ordner "Adobe PCD".
    Inzwischen bin ich echt ratlos, und hoffe, dass mir hier irgendjemand weiterhelfen kann. Ich benötige diese Programme dringend, und möchte sie gerne auch kaufen, aber wenn ich sie nicht benutzen kann, hat das ja keinen Sinn

    Vielen Dank! Genau das habe ich nun alles in die Wege geleitet, aber ich renn jetzt meinem Geld etwas hinterher. Warum schafft es ein solcher Konzern nicht sowas in den Griff zu bekommen? Da storniert man seine Mitgliedschaft und schwubs
    hat man ein neues Abonnement welches auch noch mehr kostet! Sind DIE doff?
    Ich war noch nie ein Cloud Fan aber jder denkt Heutzutage das ist doch eine coole Sache weil Apple damit angefangen hat oder was? Hauptsache man kann sich Cloud nennen. Wahnsinn wie Kreative!
    Andere Möglichkeiten gibt es ja nicht! Schade drum. Ich sehne mich nach einer Installationsdatei via CD oder DVD ohne dass Dir einer täglich vorschreibt was Du zu tun und lassen hast und Dich monatlich daran erinnert für etwas zu bezahlen
    welches nicht einmal wirklich toll funktioniert. Oder funktioniert Dein "Untertitler" bei Premiere? Haha nicht einmal der Support von Adobe wusste wie er geht und verwies mich auf Adobe TV!

    Unless the membership states that it expires by a certain date you should be able to hold on to it until the time when your current account membership expires and use it then.

    I guess I miss something. How can I share a folder of photos? When I return from a shoot, I select 20 of the pictures and need to share them with my client to pick up the favorites. Am I supposed to copy and past an URL for each image separately?
    Sometimes I also work with a colleague, I need to share my favorites with him. Same issue.
    We have tried Adobe Cloud, and then went for Dropbox. There we can share a folder and he can put even his pictures in it as well. That's what I call collaboration. And it is free (unlike Adobe Cloud). If you have some word in Adobe, please tell them to either drop it and make a deal with services like Dropbox, or make it properly.

    From that thread:
    Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it.
    I don't have a file opm.db
    I tried to rename the OOBE Folder and uninstall CC desktop application and it wouldn't let me.
    So I'm still here with the same issue and I've probably spent 3 hours in total trying to troubleshoot.  I need to resolve this ASAP.

    CS6 changed this, and several of the links above will not help you.

    But keep this in mind:
    a) Adobe appears to have changed how functional content works. How it has changed is a mixture of same and different from previous versions. You must load the "Functional Content" as a separate step after the program install. So your experience (you open  Encore and there is no Library at all) is "as designed."
    b) The Functional Content install (as per the first part of the link above - "Solution: Install the CS6 Functional Content") installs ONLY templates - no separate buttons, backgrounds, etc. (This also installs the Premiere functional content.)
    c) To install what most of us would describe as the "full" library (buttons etc in addition to templates), you must follow the instructions under "Additional Solution: Install the Resource Central library content" toward the bottom of the above link.
    Most of us believe there was some kind of serious error on Adobe's part in how this was provided, but we really don't know. Functional content was a separate install in earlier versions. Then about CS3, installation from disk added the library (even though there was something called functional content on a final disk), but installation by download required a separate download and installation to get the library, which included templates and buttons, etc.

    "Add folder ..." is in the File menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the File menu.
