You can check you Adobe account online to see if the serial number is registered under your account. If not then your only option will likely be to contact Adobe Support directly thru chat to see if they can provide you with a/the serial number. For them to do so will require you being able to prove ownership.

If I send the PDF file that has been automatically converted to a PSE-10 the person I send the file to can not open it because they do not have PSE-10. What can I do to stop PSE-10 from converting my PDF files? Don't tell me to upgrade PSE-10 I tried their on-line program and it is too advance for a hobby photographer like myself and their Help Desk is impossible to reach.

do you have a white box inside the outer box and containing the disc sleeve/disc? In my case, it was on the white box. For Photoshop elements it is all numeric and starts with 1057.

Buy a new computer. Sorry, no way around it. PRE requires certain processor extensions which - no offense - your computerized toaster doesn't have. Your laptop is seriously underpowered.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 Windows DVD convert to

I recently purchased a Canon camera bundle and a Photo Suite Deluxe DVD was part of the package, the description at time of purchase did not mention that it was or a Windows based computer only, so the version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 cannot be downloaded onto my Mac. Can I use the serial number I received for that PC version, but download the Mac version from online instead of using the DVD?

Normally, a Photoshop Elements license is good for PC and Mac. Since in this case it is part of some bundle there is no telling what arrangements might have been made. Whether or not it will work out for you remains to be seen thru trying. Here is a link for version 10... give it a shot....

The problem is that download. Try to get an installation disk from Adobe ?
Ps. My wife has used Elements 6 for 5 years without an issue, but, it was installed using the . Adobe Software disk. We found 13 was really not much better..as there was a problem with converting Canon RAW CR2 files to jpeg
If all fails you could return it for a refund which they will honour.. I did it with Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 ,which did not have a stabilizer and could not handle anamorphic HD very well.. When the upgrade came it fixed everything and has run perfectly for nearly 5 years.
You should be very pleased with Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, when you get it operating. We have run Photoshop Elements for over 10 years and it is faultless, Nearly as good as ADOBE Photoshop Pro which is easier to use and over 10,000 + images have been processed .
Incidentally, both Yahoo with Flicker, Flickr: bobdixphotographer's Photostream and Google Photos+ (PICASA) Photos - Google+ have inbuilt editors for free, but, there are limitations.

Unable to install Adobe Photoshop Elements on Windows XP

Adobe Photoshop Elements disc came with my Olympus camera but never installed on my computor. I tried to install it but it will not accept the numbers on the disc. Are these the numbers they are asking for? I cannot find any other numbers.

The serial number for bundled versions is usually on the paper sleeve. Serial numbers are not on the disc itself. It will be a 24 digit number beginning with 1057-

I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 + Adobe Premiere Elements 10. At the moment I have only installed the first CD. What is on the rest of the CDs. Do I really have to install all 5 CDs? I am only interested in Adobe Photoshop by the way.

Photoshop Elements will work fine from an installation on Disk 1 as it is a 32 bit program but Premiere Elements has 64 bit support (windows only) so ideally you should have started with disk 2 to get maximum performance benefit from the video editor.
Disk 4 contains the SD & HD content templates for making instant videos. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to install.
N.B. The content installation is optional. If you only want to use Premiere Elements to trim your own videos and add music, then you don’t need to use disk 4. If you only want PSE10 you’re complete.
