I have an application "stuck" in edit mode. How do I get it out?

I have a form stuck in edit mode. I am the one who edited it last and now it says it is in edit. how do I release it so I can go back in?

Go to delete option and delete the version of the form that says EDIT.

I was going to say restore it... then you posted mentioning it got dropped in water.
Get it replaced or buy a new phone. You might be able to dry it out by placing it in a bag of uncooked rice or silica gel for a few days to a week, but it will most likely suffere permanent damage.
