Log out of Gamecenter and try downloading CoC again. if it doesn't prompt you with a new village, try downloading with a different apple id. if that doesn't work, you would need a new device to create a new village and transferring it to your sons device using the code in the CoC settings.

IF he set up find my ip[hone on the ihone itself BEFORE it was stolen ( there is no app, it is a setting) AND it is on AND it has jot been restored, then you may be able to track it using icloud/find my iphone.
Otherwise, there is no way to track it.

Yes and No.  yes for sharing music and apps.  No for icloud/facetime/imessage - she should get her own id for that.

Although I can access iCloud, my system preferences on my iMac still show Mobile.me.  I have to sign in with my mobile.me ID which is not the same as my Apple ID. I want to change my iCloud ID and password to be consistent with my Apple ID and password.  How do I do it?

you need to be running OSX 10.7 or 10.8 to use iCloud i believe. It shows you are using 10.6.8 which doesn't support iCloud.

  • I have activated iCloud on iPad2 and iPhone4S (both on iOS 7) using the same Apple ID and signed into 'Find my iPhone' still my iphone is not visible in my devices. I can only see my iPad.

On your iPhone, try toggling Find My iPhone off, then back on after a few seconds.

  • I have three iPhone 4 models purchased in late 2010 that all share the same iTunes account (apps, music, etc), but I can only update the software on one of the three iPhones. What is the best solution to manage these devices for software updates, apps?

I have three iPhone 4 models purchased in late 2010 (for my family) that all share the same iTunes account for access to apps and music, but each phone/user still has his/her custom contact list, email accts, and select lists of apps and music from the one iTunes acct library.  The problem is I can only update the software on one of the three iPhones – the primary phone I used to setup the iTunes acct. What is the best solution to manage these devices for software updates, apps? This is probably a common problem with families wanting to share apps and music without realizing the issues created by this approach. As it stands today... the first (primary) iPhone associated with the iTune acct has been updated with the latest software version 5.1.1 and sync'd up with all the apps, music, etc from the one iTune acct, while the other two iPhones are still running on the original software version 4.0.2 and are experiencing problems now. I was advised by AT&T back in January that it would be necessary to setup separate iTunes accts for the second and third iPhones in order to receive system updates. The problem would be how to keep all the apps, etc from being deleted off the second and third phones that were originally loaded from the one iTunes acct. Since this AT&T advice was prior to iCloud coming out, would iCloud be a better solution or at least part of the solution? I really don't yet understand how iCloud works. Hopefully, someone out there can help me??  Please?

  • We have 2 iphone 4. Not upgraded to OSI5. We share the same Apple id to buy, etc. How can we set up the same Apple id but a diiferent icloud id and still see both iphones on find my iphone?

My wife and I both have iPhone 4 phones. Neither of them have been upgraded to OSI 5. We share the same Apple ID to buy things, etc. We are planning to buy an iphone 4s for our daughter next month. We would all like to share the same Apple id so that we can make purchases from the same account ... that way we only fund one account. We would like to upgrade to OSI 5 and keep/share the same Apple id but be able to set up different iCloud accounts for when we sync our phones. How can we do that? One other thing, we like being able to fine our locations on the same screen (and would add our daughter) using Find My Phone. Can we still do that? Thanks in advance for your help.

You could and should set up different iCloud accounts in "Settings > iCloud", so that every user has its own email account, calendars, reminders, notes, storage for backups and app data (files etc.), by the way everyone could also use his own account for iMessage (Settings > Messages > Send & Receive) and FaceTime (Settings > FaceTime) so that you all could write and call each other.
Next the Apple ID for music, apps and other media: You all could just set up the ssame Apple ID in "Settings > iTunes & App Stores" for all your media purchases like songs, movies, apps etc.

  • Can two Macbook Pro's share the same Itunes folder(all media in Ituens) on an external drive (like Time Capsule)? How and what issues may arise?

Hey, I have two macbook pros (250 gb). They are both running out of space. My first thought was to share an iphoto library off of Dropbox or our Time Capsule. But, I heard that if one file gets corrupted (interenet cuts out, for example) then the whole library gets corrupted. Well, we're full again and now I am wondering if I could move our Itunes folders to our Time Capsule, sync/sort them both so there won't be any duplicates and then use this as a shared itunes library. So first, is this possible? Both computers share the same itunes account.
Second, if I do, and I purchase a song, show, whatever, does it automatically be added to the itunes library on our Time Capsule and then it is available for both computers to access? Or do  I need to "import" it on both?
Third, does the "file corruption" issue listed above pertain to itunes?
I saw a discussion about this but it was form 2008. I am sure things have changed a bit since then.
    Thanks for the help!

  • I have multiple devices, an iPhone and an iPad, and would like to have the same Game Center setting on each device. I have game I have invested a lot of time into, and if I have to replace my iPad Id like to make sure the settings transfer.

To piggy back on my question, I would also like my Game Center settings to be the same on my iPad and iPhone so I can access the same game. Right now they are different, although the sign on and password to both are identical. Thanks in advance....

  • I seem to have two email accounts with my service provider and they are receiving the same email as far as I can see.  Can I delete one and feel safe that I am receiving all of my email.

I have three separate email accounts showing up in my Mail program on my MacBook Pro.  Two of them are my local email provider one showing up as SaskTel Email and the other showing up as sasktel.net.  The third one is ICloud.  Can I delete one of the SaskTel ones, as they seem to get the same mail.

What do you tell your friends to use to send you email?
Are they going to the same "Incoming Mail Server", logging in with the same "User Name" ? If so, they are two instances of the same account, and one can certainly be deleted with impunity.
    This detailed information is in
    Mail > Preferences > Accounts > ...

  • Help!  i have one apple id but 2 game center accounts.......each mini has their own but now they seem to obtain the same game center id......help!

    i have one apple id.
i have 2 mini ipads with different game center id's but same apple id...
each ipad has their own email address setup, even though they can see all 3 email address...
why does the game center id no longer keep its own game center id?

    Hi Jamesdwills,
    Welcome to the Support Communities!
If you are using the same Apple ID on both devices, the Game Center profile should be the same.
Check out this information from the iPad User Guide.  Try signing out of the Game Center on both devices and then sign back in with the correct Apple ID:

  • I made a new apple id because I couldnt access my other one. How do I use the same game center without knowing the old password?

My old apple id basically kicked me off of it (Password became incorrect and I couldnt change it back) so I made a new one. I had apps on the old one that used the gamecenter. This hasnt been a problem, but now it wants me to put in the password for my old account to use the apps. I do not want to lose all of my progress, so is there any way for me to bypass this, or just connect it to my new account? (Specifically, I am playing Clash of Clans. I open the app, then after a few moments the gamecenter pops up and asks for my old password to continue. I tried just connecting my device to my phone, but it also needed the password for that too)

ALL purchases are permanently associated with whatever Apple ID was used to originally obtain them.  Apps can not be updated without knowledge of that ID and, more importantly, its password.  Apple IDs can not be merged and purchases can not be transferred from one ID to another.

  • One iTunes account with 2 separate user accounts?

I'm trying to figure out how to set up my daughter since we're upgrading her from an iPod Touch to an iPhone minus the phone (my hubby got a new iPhone 4S and she's getting his 3GS but it's got no phone contract so it works like a larger, more souped up iPod Touch!)
I initially wanted to start her on her own iTunes account from now on to make it clean and get her going on iCloud with her own stuff.  But, from what I've read, there may be an advantage to keeping her on my iTunes account for now since she won't really be making any independent purchases without my approval.  That said, I'm not exactly crazy about her syncing to my iTunes library all the time - and I definitely don't want her photo stream!
Is there a way to establish TWO user accounts on my iMac which would lead to TWO iTunes and iPhoto libraries (I think?) but use ONE iTunes account for both of them?
I've read through the help but most seems to be going the other direction - (2 itunes accounts, 1 library).
    Thanks for the help -
    Alexa

You can't split the accounts. Purchased items stay authorized with the account it was purchased on. Really, the only thing you can do is keep your libraries separate and use them that way, or create an account for her, put your purchases in her account and authorize her device(s) to use your apple ID. I've done that with my library; my boyfriend and I share the same library with two different accounts and each of our devices are authorized to play one anothers purchases.
Sorry there's no better way I can think of. I'd like to split our libraries.... I wish Apple would create a feature keeping in mind that people buy new PCs and that family members move and get old enough for their own account, etc. :/
