I have an idea for a phone that in my opinion beats the big brands, they don't think about the smaller communties and focus on the girls taking photoes of themselves, my phone is different and I'd like Firefox OS to be it's operating system
I still need to finish designs etc. but I have no idea how to make a phone or anything like that so I'd like guidance on the matter.
I also have OS idea's myself but they're only thoughts, nothing in motion.
To summarise, I'd like assistance. If you could help I'd be most grateful, thanks.

Thanks, I know I'm not really a big brand (not even a brand at that) but I think you could always release as Firefox's first own brand mobile WITH the OS :)

OS X Mavericks: Reinstall OS X Heres the link if anyone else had the same problem!! This is if you deleted not only the Mac App Store, but iTunes, Calendar, whatever came with the Mac (Apps that came already installed on the Mac), if you deleted one of those then you have to reinstall the Mac OS, Note: This one is for Mac OS X (Maverick) my version is 10.9.4, go to that link and follow the instructions if you have Mac OS X (Maverick). Other help: Common Mistake: If you delete the app from the dock then just go to finder and applications folder and drag the app back onto the dock(it was just deleted from the dock NOT your system/computer). Hope that helps others who had the same problem.

You know people close enough to allow them to use your iPhone that would listen to your voicemail or that you don't trust enough not to? Why would you allow such a person to use/access your iPhone?

My Vista system crashed due to a corrupted windows file. When I reformatted C:/ & reloaded firefox & tbird, my bookmarks were gone. I have an image of the drive , but I don't know how to recover them and get the data back where I can access it.

Vista system crashed due to a corrupted system file. The C drive was reformatted, and windows reloaded, along with the rest of my programs.
Before the drive was reformatted, an image was made of it on a USB drive to save all the data. Now I need to know how to get the Bookmarks back for Firefox, and the Address Book back for Thunderbird.

Thanks for the quick response. It worked very well, for both Firefox and Tbird.
One hitch, until I remembered: those are all hidden files, in hidden folders. I had a devil of a time finding the "roaming" folder, until I found out how to unhide everything. In years past, I used DOS for that kind of thing. Explorer is much less user-friendly. Now that I know how to do it, it's simple.

They will know what to do.

If you rent a movie on your phone, you have to watch it on your phone, likewise if you rent it from the Apple TV you will have to watch it there.
If you want to watch a rental on multiple devices, rent it from a computer.

Somehow, my Referer Header got set to zero, and I'm trying to set it back to 1 or 2, but I don't know how to make it stay like that. Every time I refresh the page, it goes back to zero! Please help!

Somehow, my Referer Header settings got set to 0 (zero). Because of this, I'm getting an error message on certain sites. I found out that I could reset it to 1 (one) or 2 (two) if I browsed to about:config and typed in the new value, but it doesn't seem to be working. I'm not sure how to "save" this setting, and ever time I refresh the about:config page the setting goes back to zero. Plus, I'm still getting the error messages on the sites I was having trouble with.

You need to connect the iPod to your computer with iTunes and then restore the iPod via iTunes on the computer.

Thanks for posting that. It sounds like there was an issue, it only involved one type of setup, and they list a work around for it. I'm running the latest version of Flash without issue on 10.6.8.

When you create an iTunes account you should receive an email to the primary email address that you put on the account - that email should have a 'verify now' link in it which you need to click on and which will open a browser for you to log into your account from.
