Welcome to the Apple Community.
Your best method would be to connect via USB and transfer that way, since videos are not transferred using photostream.
However you can stop photos on your mac being added to photostream in the iPhoto preferences > photostream by unchecking the automatic upload box.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I do not like to accumulate 3rd party cookies and would simply not check the Accept 3rd Party Cookies box in Preferences. BUT in order to use my bank's web page I have to accept 3rd party cookies from a separate site that manages some of their transactions (like paying bills). iPhoto pulls off new videos from my iPhone 5 just fine. Does iPhoto automatically come up when you connect your iPhone? If it does, you should see your iPhone under "Devices" in iPhoto and then can select the videos to transfer (select, then Import Selected), though that should happen automatically.

I have a Photosmart 7510. I can print from all of our computers but not from my iphone or ipad. I was able to do this at one time. I have tried both printing and emailing the photo to the printer. In both cases, it appears that the email is sent to the printer or in the case of printing, it connects, sends and the Print Center on the iphone says it is printing but it is not printing and the Print Center gets stuck on trying to print that file.

I can print a color document from Adobe Reader. But if I print another color document from Word, it comes out in black&white. Both are on an HP Color LaserJet CP2025dn printer. The settings selected in the system Print dialog are the same. What's the trick?

Anyone have this problem: I can sign on to the cloud from my iMac but not from my pc.

This is probably not strictly speaking the forum for this question but I am hoping to get lucky here. I cannot get to the cloud on my studio pc, altho I can get there on my home office iMac, so the problem is with my studio computer. That pc will allow me to surf the web and link to other sites that require pass words but not my Adobe Cloud account or my DAZ3D account. I am not very knowledgable when it comes to how computers work, and am hoping this is a problem that someone out there will recognize and be able to point me in the right direction. Thanks.

My first thought would be browser security settings. The web address for Creative Cloud is https://creative.adobe.com/ Note that the address is https versus just http - the s indicates its a secure site. Do you get any kind of warning or message when trying to Creative Cloud or Daz on the customer? What happens when you try?

I went yesterday to the Albany, NY apple store genius bar with a sound issue on the Ipad. After 2 hours the "genius" told me that
they tried wiping my Ipad clean, but not to worry that first everything was saved in the cloud. I was told I had to reload all
purchased Apps and would be no charge and would take some time. Due to the late hour I said I'd do it at home. I did not do
it last night. This morning I open the Ipad to find nothing in it....no contacts, no notes....nothing. I rushed back to the apple
store and was told that apparently last night a backup took place and the Icloud backed up a clean Ipad....no info. This is a
huge problem. Apple personel simply said sorry that the "genius" should have known better. Attempts to restore seems to
only go back to the last backup which of course is blank. Now my question is .....is it possible somehow with the cloud from a
previous date like you can with a PC?
