I would advise that you not set up a second Apple ID. It's really not necessary - having two Apple IDs won't affect how iTunes works with your iPads - and will just complicate matters. Each iPad will be treated independently and can be set to sync only the items you want on that particular iPad. If you really want to keep the two iPads separate, set up different iTunes libraries and have only those items you want on the related iPad in that library, rather than a different Apple ID. If you plan not to use a computer and just download directly to the iPads, you can again choose what apps and content each iPad gets.
But answering your specific question, you can have content from up to five iTunes Store accounts on any one computer or iPad. To create a new iTunes Store account, you'll need a different email address, and from there you just create the account the same way you did the first one.

Are you meaning 2 different accounts or 2 different libraries?
Launch iTunes with the 'Option' key held down and follow the dialog as to which library you want to open.

To clarify your answer for Illustrator. The option is not in the "Save As" dialog box.
The correct answer is
Open you CS6 Illustrator file.
File>Save As
The Save As dialog box opens
Type your file name (DIFFERENT THAN ORIGINAL PLEASE!) and the Save as Type is still going to be Adobe Illustrator (*.AI) **This is where the above instructions threw me, as the Save as type drop down does not list anything about versions to save fo)
Click Save
Once you click Save, the Illustrator Options dialog box will come up. The first option is titled Version and has a drop down menu. Select the version of illustrator you want to save your file as here, then click ok.
Your done.
I strongly suggest you give this file a different name than your original CS6 Illustrator version as you may lose some parts of your design in the conversion.

Not here. It's too far back for Adobe to sell.
You might find a copy on e-bay, but you take a risk buying software there, and even if the installer is valid, you'd need a valid product key or you'll only get 30 days out of it. Even ProDesignTools only goes as far back as CS3 with Flash.
Also, unless you're going to install it on a very old computer, I wouldn't expect much out of it. -

JSP is not so good for this because it creates the page and waits for the user to act, rather than updating itself. You can see how this might work on http://www.half-empty.org where they have a sort of chat-room based on jsp. That page is based on Open Sourced code anyways, so you can take a look at the source code for it yourself as long as you are prepared to GPL anything you produce afterwards. However, I would recommend writing your own client-server system.
There are loads of chatroom examples available online and to be honest you are best looking some of them out using Google. -

my notebook model is hp pavilion dv6 1100ss ,, i know that my laptop has 512mb dedicated and 1278 shared total available memory of 1790,, and i wonder if i can change the dedicated part because i had to take the laptop to a service for repairs, the video chipset broken ,they repaird it somehow but the laptop fails when i try to see a video online / movie online /offline ,and again fails if i try to play a game the laptop just freezes and i have to unplug the power leave it like 5 to 10 mins and then power it up again, if i try to power on the laptop after i turn it off he just simply turns on for 2-3 seconds and turns offOnly a very small number of very expensive high-end gaming and engineeering workstation laptops have plug in video cards. Yours is not one of them. The video soldered to your motherboard is a type of video chip also delivered as a desktop video card and maybe as a plug in card for those few laptops. Again, not for yours.

Thanks....Launch Keychain Access and click on Login in the left hand pane and then on Passwords. Next do search for Apple in the search field at the top and click on Apple ID Authenicication in the list that comes up. That will give you the ID no. and password.
