Assuming you are using the current version of iTunes (11,2,2), open iTunes, click "Preferences" under the leftmost entry on iTunes' menu, then choose "Devices".
Find the iPhone's backup there, highlight it, and choose "Delete Backup".

Adobe InDesign may not support the file format, a plug-in that supports the file format may be missing, or the file me be open in another application."Please help I really need to get this file open.
Since you've shown us the folder contents it's a good bet it isn't in use (no lock file). And it doesn't look like the file is mis-named as there doesn't seem to be anything else there that would be the .indd file (but just in case, open it in TextEdit and paste the first few lines here so we can see what the file header says), so the most likely case is the file is damaged. Is that on a removable device of some sort?
You can try the tool at Repair corrupt InDesign Adobe files on Mac OS X or send me a link to the file by private message and I'll try the recovery tool I have for Windows. -
Every time I try to connect to the iTunes Store I get this error message
"iTunes could connect to the iTunes Store. The host is down.
Make sure your network connection is active and try again."
2011 2.3 GHz i5 Mac Mini
8GB ram
OS 10.7.2
iTunes ver 10.5.1
My internet connection is fine.
Anyone know how to fix this? Every reference I have found is old, nothing recent like Lion or newest ver of iTunes.

I am trying to backup my iPhone. I get an error message that iTunes could not open a session with my iPhone.

For the 1st time I am trying to send an iphoto by e-mail but get the error message " combination of username and password not recognised by the server" I use Sky Mail ( yahoo mail) and input the same username and password that I access Sky Mail - have retried many times. I regret that you're having trouble setting up your email, corbad! You're on the right track with your incoming email address. You might also try incoming.verizon.net or incoming.yahoo.verizon.net as possible alternatives, and 995 as the port number. Please let me know how that goes!

My iPad wont turn off completely, nor will it boot up, it just keeps thinking about it. Pretty sure my kids ran up all the memory, and I tried connecting it to iMac to dump pictures, but it only lets me get through it half way, and continues to reboot and gives me through iTunes the error message that it could not save the pairing record?
Disconnect it and restart your iMac and try again.

It sounds like the iPad wasn't erased to me. If the iPad is totally cleared of content, there should be nothing on it and no backup to create.
Without connecting the iPad to your computer - Launch iTunes on you computer and go to Edit>Prefences>Devices. Do you see an iPad backup in there? If you do see it, delete it. -

Loud Superdrive, CD Recordings Fuzzy
My SuperDrive is at TIMES, very loud when I put in a CD or DVD; and, at other times is quiet. There have been no problems READING disks, but when burning CDs (audio from itunes), some of the songs are fuzzy and skip. One DVD recording errored as well
