What exactly happens when you try to buy something ? If you've already removed the card from your account then iTunes shouldn't be asking for any details about it.
If you log into into your account is the card still shown . On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on your phone then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

I downloaded a season of Iron Man Anime and all of the episodes except episode 1 was downloaded. I looked at the error and it says "error = -50" and when I try to resume downloading, it continues to tell me that there is a download error and it wont resume.

What iPad model and what iOS is it currently running? Are you trying to update the iOS via wifi or connected to your computer?
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

Upon updating desktop keeps asking to restart and when I do, I get the same thing....over and over. What gives?

I tried to update Firefox. Everything went well until restarting computer. Result was nothing....got the same as I had before. Each time I tried to open Firefox, I got message to restart computer to complete installation of update. This goes on over and over. I have tried to uninstall Firefox using Control Panel and I get same results.....a message to restart the computer and this repeats itself also.

You can try to boot the computer in Safe mode (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that allows to remove the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) if you can't uninstall Firefox or remove/rename that folder in regular mode.

It could be a problem at the other end, try again tomorrow. Also , try resetting your iPad by holding down the home and sleep/wake button till the Apple logo appears and then let it wake up, maybe that may help.

I am trying to deauthorized audible account but it is asking for a username and password but when i enter in itunes info it is nt working?? How do i find out what the username is then??

I'm confused. Who told you that you need to deauthorize an Audible account to be able to play your music? Did you ever set up an account with Audible.com? What is happening when you try to play your music? And what exactly do you mean by "sync your iTunes account with your laptop"?
Please provide more details as to your situation and what it is you're trying to accomplish. I'm sure once we understand what it going on, someone can provide suggestions.
