I have aperture 3.2.4 on my laptop and have the serial number, but just bought a new MAC and I can't get the Ver 3.0 link to work. Anyone know how to move it from my laptop to our new mac?

I am talking about the Ver 3 download link that came with the purchase email.
That link is no longer available. Use "Migration Assistant" to copy your Applications from your old mac to the new Mac, then immediately run software update. Aperture Version 3.2 will not run on your new mac with Mavericks, you will have to Upgrade to version 3.4.5 at least - you can download this update from the Support page: Aperture 3.4.5
Then launch Aperture and enter your registration key and try now too update from version 3.4.5 to 3.5 from the AppStore. The AppStore will change your Aperture registration to an AppStore version, so you will able to reinstall by downloading from the AppSTore in future.
If you want transfer only Aperture and no other applications, do it manually: You will have to copy not only the application but folders from the libraries as well:
/Applications/Aperture.app
/Library/Application Support/Aperture/
~/Library/Application Support/Aperture/

Do you have the desktop app for Dropbox? It should show as a folder(s) on your computer - open it and create new folder (if you want) for your Verizon cloud stuff. Does anyone know how to upload footage from an SDHC card on a mac that doesn't involve using Final Cut Pro or iMovie? Those don't have many options for import/encoding settings. They also upload the clips into an enormous file size. I always have to re-export them in MPEG streamclip or Compressor to lower the file size and it's getting annoying. HELP!

When you buy from another site instead of direct from Adobe you need to check first to be sure the site is an authorized reseller (such as Amazon)
You are now going to have to get support from the place you bought if the serial number you were given by that site does not work

Before that I must say that most of the Karaoke methods are based on reversing the Phase of one of the stereo channel and bussing or merging the stereo into Mono. The result is: killing all Pan Centered in the mix - like Main Vocal, Bass, Kick, SN ect.
The artifacts of the Stereo FX of the main vocal will stay in the Karaoke, cause the FX is stereo etc.
Here is the Logic Setup I can offer to try some Karaoke trick using Logic.
1. Import a Stereo mix into a Logic Stereo track.
2. Create another stereo track and duplicate (copy) the Original Mix region to the duplicated track.
3. Hard Pan L/R both stereo tracks.
4. Insert an EQ and Gainer plugins into the duplicated track (R).
5. Set the Output select of the both tracks to a Bus and assign the new Aux Track Switch mode to "Mono".
6. Open the Gainer plugin and thick the "Phase Invert" Right button.
7. To keep the "lowend" instruments like the bass and kick, open the EQ plugin and enable the Low Cut filter and try some Hz settings 80-115, or different Q which will sounds better for your Karaoke.

Pop-Up menu format is not dynamic. It is created in the Cells Inspector and can't be modified contingent upon the state of other cells.
You could program a table to list the options available for the previous selection, but it wouldn't be in the form of a Pop-Up.
