I have been charged for music/downloads that I did not buy. Help?
I noticed that my account was charged for several downloads that I did not purchase. How can I straighten this out so I can purchase downloads. Has someone hacked onto my account? Should I cancel my credit card? Yikes!!

Contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. They should then issue a credit to your account.
And you might want to change your password to your iTMS account, just in case someone has indeed gotten access to your account.

I am trying to download songs onto my PC it gets to about 85% downloaded and then freezes I have to turn off and restart but then I have been charged for the item but it is not available in my downloads can anyone help?

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer. -

I have been charged for a purchase that I have not made (just seen on my online banking) and it does not appear on my purchase history can anyone let me know how I get in touch with apple as I am strugglng to find any contact details for this.
I haven't made any purchases that have cost me only free apps.

it was not broken due to drop..we charged it and afterwardse we saw that there was a crack..if we drop it i think it will not only have a one small line...but anyway the authorized resseller facilitated the reporting of the complain of our ipad2...i think they have it pictured and send it to the apple.com...apple.com replied that my case is approved and still under warranty...they send it to the Authorized apple repair center...
I actually got a brand new ipad2...they replaced a new one..but they charged me for the FREIGHT for the reason that i did not buy it in their APPle store...that i bought it on Apple online... -

i got a reply to my complaint there were no other purchases going through my bank account except for the one for 39.99 and the 99.99 one i did do the 39.99 one but did not do the other one there is noone else in the house who touches my phone so please it was a mistake on ur part so please just put the charge for the 99.99 in my double down account because it was a mistake yesterday nothing else is wrong in my bank account except for that one thanl u wilma
