I have bought 1 month of cc adobe pack but I cannot activate the product they ask me for the serial number!
I have buy 1 month of cretive cloud pack form adobe website today. I have installed creative cloud installer. I have download Photoshop and illustrator so far but when I open them they ask me the serial number! I cannot find it and I do not posses the redemption code or anything like that! What should i do?
Help me I am very confused..

One more question, I have Maveric and Windows on the same machine, it is count as one or two? I have now installed photoshop and illustrator on both, is it correct?

edit: one more thing, during the "operations to sole the previus issues" I have installed photoshop and illustrator in italian, and flash in english. This works perfectly fine for me BUT when I open cc to download others programs I see on the downloaded app only flash, is because the setting are in english? how can I update eventually phtoshop and illustrator in the future? do I have to change back to Italian?

I own a 15" macbook pro, purchased in mid 2010. Two of the rubber feet have recently fallen off and while researching how to replace them i discovered Apple have a "replacement back programme" for just such a problem. I entered the serial number in their website and was told i do not qualify for said programme.....No reason given at all.......although they state that macbooks bought at the time i purchased mine should qualify.....any ideas ????

D.Aperture (or any app) bought from the App Store does not require a serial number to use. Your Apple Id is all that is required to download and run the App.
How did the problem begin? Some background information will make it easier to try and help you.
The simplest thing to do is to delete the Aperture App in your Applications folder and using the same Apple ID you used when you first bought Aperture, log into the App Store and download it again. -

When when you run the LR5 installer it will see you have the Mac app store version and it will get a serial number from Adobe to use for LR5.

My Adobe XI trial expired I paid for a month to month subscription on MArch 13, 2015 but I could not activate it. The prompt is asking me for a serial number (which I wouldnt have since I downloaded the trial from the website. How do I activate it with my Adobe ID? "activate with Adobe ID" is not an option on my screen. It only asks me for the serial number.

I bought Lightroom 3 or 4, can't remember which, as an online download. I then upgraded to 5 with a CD. I registered the upgrade on my Adobe account and that's where the serial number is. I just bought a new iMac and am trying to install Lightroom. The system is asking for my original serial number which I don't have. The point is. If I have the upgrade registered with my Adobe account, shouldn't that be proof that an earlier version was on my computer??? I'm really stuck. Need some advice! Thanks

I have the Photoshop Photography Program and now every time I try open Photoshop CC it asks me for a Serial Number. It keeps saying my trial period has ended. How can I get this working since Adobe doesn't issue Serial Numbers for CC.

I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.

i got my friend to help not sure if your having the same problem but i had to download stuffit expander from the app store to expand the zip files that you initially download you should be able to open them and enter serial number from there
don't know if that helps theres no where that tells you how to do that so its extremely frustrating..
