I have change the user on one of my iPads for different staff now it will not allow a new user how do i get round this
how do you as a company set all computers and ipads to company names insterad of personal users
i ahve now a ipad that is blocked and i cannot set up a new user
An iPad does not have a user model. There is no 'log on' page, nowhere to enter a username and password. An iPad is just an iPad and doesn't know who is using it.

Just downloaded Firefox 6.0 and have restarted 4 plus times, but it continues to hang while launching. I cannot open new windows, change any settings, or do anything but Force Quit. I'm on Mac OSX 10.5.8. How do I get past this hang?
Long story short: Simply get CC for teams. At 500 bucks a year it's a steal and those 5 licenses in the base package (or was it 10 even?) cover all your computers, at least the 3 ones you mentioned. For system requirements refer to the individual product pages.

I see. If you go to Settings>General>About>Name, that is the current name of your phone. The backup bearing that name should be the more recent one, and therefore the one you want to keep. I would delete the other one (presumably the one set up by Best Buy under your real name, assuming you changed it later), then see if that gives you enough space to back up again.
If it still reporting insufficient storage, use this guide: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4847 to try to determine what's taking up all your room. In them meantime, you can perform a manual backup on your computer so your have a current one while you're troubleshooting this. To do so, connect your phone to iTunes, then right-click on the name of your phone on the left side and select Back Up. -

I can get through the process but at the end I get a message that Calendars cannot be removed or amended as it is required by OS10, there does not appear to be any option to authorise the backup or change. After I updated to iOS 7, my iCloud account is showing the incorrect email address for my Apple ID but will not allow me to change it- it's gray and I can't click on it. How do I fix this?
If you change your email, you do not need to "change" your AppleID. Just edit your email(s) on your Apple ID by logging in to your AppleID account. You should always use the same AppleID for Apple Services (iCloud, iTunes etc) and multiple ID will cause problems and confusion in the future.

I have an iPhone 4s, and I reset the content and setting. It turned on, I chose English, Australia, and now, I am unable to connect/activate my iPhone through Wi-Fi, and for an unknown reason, it will not allow me to use cellular data or iTunes. I'm not sure of what to do. It's quite frustrating, and all I need is advice, and help. I would much appreciate it. Thank-you.
In order to download to your phone over the air, you need to be connected to WiFi.
It's possible the Internet connection through Verizon is not stable enough for the downlaod to begin (it is a very large download).
You might want to head over to Starbucks with your laptop for the afternoon and see if you can download it over their WiFi. -
I want to set up "find my ipad" on my sister's ipad, so we can find each other's iPads. However, this seems to require differing individual cloud email addresses, so one ipad wouldn't recognise the other one. How do I get round this?

You mention that a lost ipad can be found from any computer. As a relative computer novice, I didn't know this. How would I go about carrying out such a search?
I don't think I'd use the find friends app. My concern is to find a lost or stolen ipad.

hi - my Mu was "buggy" and would not update - so i threw the APP in the trash - but now CC will not allow me to Re-Install because it thinks i already have the APP - any advice?
restore your app from the trash and then properly uninstall.
if that fails, CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed -

You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

i changed my number along with my sim card and imessage will not recognize my new number. how can i have imessage forget my old number and use my new number?
i have tried signing out of imessage and signing back in. (when i do that and am asked to select my email adress, i see my new number but it is greyed out and i cant select it)But under send and receive, my old number is still displayed while my new number isn't.

No, this should be the number one thing you are concerned about.
Until you get this sorted, there is a good chance you may simply lose everything.
Do you hav ean external drive?
If so copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder to the external drive.
Then you can delete /Music/iTunes/ empty the trash and recover this space.
Do this then Apple menu > Software update.
Restart the computer
Then post back. -
My Mac Mini was not sending a signal to the monitor. I powered down using the power button and now it will not start. When i power up I get a strange 2 tone sound, like a warning alarm. The fan starts, and the light comes on, but no screen.
I have tried with a wired USB keyboard and mouse using a single screen. Powered up with option pressed. No change.
