The Slideshow mp4 file created in Lightroom does not play on an iPad
If I take a collection of images and create a sideshow in Lightroom 4 and export it as a mp4 file using the 720p preset and put it at a website, the file works fine with various Windows computers and android devices but does not play in an iPad. If I take that same mp4 file and run it through Adobe Premier Elements 12 to produce a new 720p mp4 file, that mp4 file plays fine in the iPad.
Anyone know the reason for this and how to create a 720p file that will play in the iPad in LIghtroom?

Camera connection kit for ipad 2. Can this kit be used with ipad air and if so what adapter(s) are required please
You can try the 30 pin to lightning adapter but I'm not sure if that'll work. So if you get it to experiment, make sure you can return it. Apple does sell a SD to lightning adapter for the newer devices. So that should be a sure bet. The main downside is that your 30 pin camera kit came with both USB and SD for 29 and now the USB adapter is 19 and the SD adapter 29, so more expensive.
You may want to look into third party adapters, but make sure you use a reputable manufacturer (ie not a cheap no-name off amazon) because iOS7 brought with it software that looks for a signed chip in the adapter. And a chip is 'signed' when a company gets apple's permission to make accessories. I would suggest sticking with companies like Belkin, Kensington and Targus. They seem to be of a better reputation when making things and would have a signed chip. -
When I try to access adobe from my smart phone to use my form created in formscentral I receive an error message that says "unsupported browser". There is a link to download a supported browser but the link directs me to another page that says "browser not supported at this time". This happened to me while using my IPhone 5, a friend that uses an IPhone 6, and another friend that uses a Samsung Galaxy S5. I just need for my employees to be able to access, complete and submit work orders created in formscentral from their phones. I would like to use the data collection feature in formscentral but at this point any suggestions on how to accomplish this are welcomed. Thank you

Hey, i have an iphone 4, and it is upto date, the problem is that my phone does not play any videos online except on facebook, all other videos do not play instead a crossed play sign appears on the video. Please help.
I watch YouTube videos on a regular basis - mostly with the YouTube app but also with Safari.
Some YouTube videos are supported to be viewed on a computer only or with a Flash capable device, which is becoming few and far between since Adobe no longer supports Flash on any mobile platform.

I am getting no sound on my macbook pro. The sound does not play when I plug in headphones either. I have tried making it louder quieter, restarting my computer, HELP!
There are many possible causes for this issue. Take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried.
1. Start with the steps recommended in this support article. Don't skip any of the steps. It's the starting point for further efforts to solve the problem.
2. If your model has an audio-out (headphone) port, and anything is plugged in, unplug it before putting the system to sleep.
3. If you've installed something called "Memory Clean" or any other third-party software that is supposed to "clean" or "purge" memory automatically, remove it according to the developer's instructions and reboot. You should do that even if the software is not causing the problem, because it's useless.
4. If you've installed an equalizer called "Boom" or anything similar, update or delete it and reboot.
5. If an AirPlay device is selected for sound output from iTunes (or from other applications via third-party software such as "Airfoil"), deselect it.
6. Launch the application "Audio MIDI Setup" by entering the first few letters of its name in a Spotlight search and selecting it in the results (it should be at the top.) Select the Output tab. If the Mute boxes are checked, uncheck them. Move the Volume sliders all the way to the right.
7. If a red light is coming from the audio-out port, the internal switch is stuck in the position for digital output. You may be able to free it by inserting and removing a mini-stereo jack of the proper size. Inserting any kind of tool in the port may cause damage that won't be covered by your warranty.
If there's no red light, the switch may still be stuck in the headphone position. Try to free it the same way.
8. Disconnect all wired peripherals except keyboard and mouse, if applicable. If more than one display is connected, disconnect all extra ones. Reboot and test.
9. Boot in safe mode. Don't log in; just reboot as usual when the login screen appears. When you do, make sure the words "Safe Boot" do not appear in the login screen. If they do, the system is still in safe mode and sound won't work.
10. Reset the NVRAM.
11. Reset the SMC.
12. Reinstall OS X after backing up all data. For a possible shortcut, see this thread.
13. Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store. -
Is a mini iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular ready to be used with any telephone company including companies from other countries?
Different countries have different mobile phone systems which work on different standards. An iPad sold in country C will work with whatever phone systems in country C support it. It is not guarenteed to work with every mobile phone system all over the world.

I downloaded the new operating system and now the Bluetooth in the car does not play my music. The music on the phone show the cloud and the red arrow pointing downwards. How do I download all the music again to my phone please?
I have an ITunes account. I got it when I got my IPOD. I've thought about upgrading, but I didn't see any reason to buy a newer IPOD because they all come with so much stuff I don't want/need. I don't have my current IPOD filled yet and I really don't need an IPOD Touch that has capabilities that my Droid already has. I don't need to be concerned with documents, mail, attaching to Facebook or playing games. I can do all that on my phone. I just want to maintain my music between 3 devices.
So now that I see it is not to my benefit to have this product---can you point me in the direction to cancel this? And how do I get my music back? Will it show up once I cancel my account? -
I created in iMovie, and extracted audio from one of the clips to use in the title sequence. All is well, export to iDVD and it plays OK, but when I burn the DVD the audio for the titles does not play. Any suggestions?

I have transferred all my music from iTunes onto my USB to play on my car radio. The radio reads the music but does not play it in sequence. So it plays certain folders, then it skips folders. in certain folders it skips tracks. apparently there is a specific way to save the music into folders onto the USB with regard to naming the tracks and folders.. I have a Pioneer DEH-2350UBSW. Can anyone please help.
It is a stick, Cruzer Blade 16gig.
In the manual it says the following about the USB storage device:
1. Playable folder hierarchy is up to 8 tiers
2. Playable folders up to 500
3. Playable files up to 15 000
Under sequence of audio files it says that the user cannot assign folder numbers and specify playback sequences with this unit. It also gives an example of a hierarchy:
01 - folder
Under that is 02 which is also a folder
Under that are compressed audio files 01 to 05: folder number
Under that there is another folder same concept as above - I have attached that part of the manual in this response.
I named my folder - Folder 001 Artists name and then in that folder I added the tracks as:
001 Song title
002 song title
It played the 1st song in the folder and skipped to the next folder, I can't even locate the other tracks.
On another folder I saved 31 songs but only 29 played so I am not sure whether there is a limit.
All I need is an example of how to number and name everything. -

I have just upgraded from Elements/Premiere elements 11 to version 12. I am running on a PC with Windows 7. When I try to run video from the existing catalogue or video newly imported I get a window stating "....system does not have the required compressor/decompressor (codec) installed" Where has it gone? Where do I get a new one? I am getting REALLY REALLY fed up with trying to find an answer!!!!!!!!

In Illustrator, I have a saved artwork, then I'm saving a copy as PDF, as usual.
After I keep the AI file open, making some modifications which I don't want to save, so I close the file and click "Don't Save".
Even though I clicked that, the file's modification time is changing.
(The modifications I made are not there, so it's not really saving but why the date is changing then?)
Please find the cause of it! Thank you!All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.
