I have created my site with Muse and have uploaded to an external ftp hosting, now my secure log in will not work because I am not using BC. Is there a way to create a secure log in that will work with out being forced to use BC?

There's a handy piece of software from CoffeeCup Software called "Web Form Builder". It's pretty affordable and easy to use and it can be hosted on the server of your choice provided that server uses an up-to-date PHP script.
This is what I have been using....but I would rather not have to deal with a third party form builder at all.

Starting when iOS 7 was released, Apple now allows downloading the last compatible version of some apps (iOS 4.2.1 and later only)

Go to the mailbox tab in the Mail application and selecting "synchronize iCloud". Whenever you delete mail from one of your devices it will automatically delete from the others--within iCloud.

I know we can say 'this is mom or this is dad" but when an email is sent it identifies the device that sent it so why not imessages too?

Stop using the same apple id on all your devices. Each person should have their own. You can still share apps via home sharing.

Sounds like you have a phone that was hacked to unlock it. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Contact them.

Is there a way to embed video in a PDF that will play on a Mac or iPad?

I am creating a training document in Acrobat XI Pro (converted from Word). I have embedded a video into the PDF that plays within the document, and it works fine on my PC. When the file is opened on a Mac or iPad, the video will not play. As another option, I embedded the video as a YouTube widget. Again, it plays fine on my PC but won't play on a Mac or iPad. As a third option, I've tried hyperlinking a screen shot of the YouTube video in my PDF. On my PC and iPad it will navigate me to my browser to play the video in YouTube, but is not functional on my Mac.
Would welcome suggestions. Ideally want one solution that will play on all 3 devices!

First of all, if you want to run video inside a .pdf on an iPad, you should be aware that the Adobe Tablet and Mobile reader does NOT support rich media ( audio or video ). Despite trying to encourage Adobe to 'get real', it seems that they have no intention to do so in the short term. SO ... I have been working with a company called Readdle, and beta testing their 'PDF Expert' application, and it is probably the most sophisticated .pdf reader for iOS on the market.
It supports rich media, and certain levels of JavaScript that are particularly useful for this kind of work.
However, if all you want to do is insert video into a single .pdf document, that will run on iOS ( with 'PDF Expert only' ) as well as desktop Mac or PC, the video needs to be h264 .mp4 format ( basically avoid ANY based Flash content for iOS ).
You should also note, that active Buttons ( not hyperlinks, which are different ) which you might wish to create in say InDesign or even Acrobat, need to be made up of just imagery (and that also means converting your text to outlines ). However, this is only necessary for iOS with PDF Expert. Also be aware that I have not done much work which includes .pdf on Android.
I do think though that if you stick with basic navigation, avoid active 'Layers' authoring and only want to run simple video, the h264 .mp4 encoding is going to work across ALL platforms.

In using a previous version of Adobe Professional, in designing fillable PDF forms we were able to create a field with a drop-down date. Is there any way to do this using FormCentral?

I think want you are asking is if it is possible for to have a Date Field which when the user click on the field a calendar comes up to pick a date?
If that is the case then the PDF generated by FormsCentral doesn't support this yet.
I am guessing that you were using LiveCycle Designer to create forms in the past. The some forms generated by LC Designer does support this type of field.

Is there a way to differentiate from two iPod touches that are on the same iTunes acct when using iMessage? When one child sends a message the other gets it and it says it's from our email address.

Both of my sons have iPod touches. I set them both up on my iTunes account. The problem we are having is when they are using iMessage. When one sends a message the other also receives it. The message is labeled as from my email address. Is there a way to differentiate the 2 iPods?

The "Far Far Away" title is displaying a white box rather than the entered text. Is there any way to restore the title code so that it works properly?

The "Far Far Away" title (which I have used quite frequently) has stoped working and just displays a white box where the text should be displayed.

Yes, I've considered adding titles and/or generators in the FCPX storyline, but this creates a need to render the entire timeline. As I'm juggling library locations and hard drive spaces I just didn't want to add a new render that will occupy a lot of space. It's also a bit of visual clultter for me, so my goal is to find the best workflow for adding this stuff on or after export.
