I have downloaded e-books from Leserskring on my computer. I would like to download it to my Samsung Tablet as well. It says I cannot as it was already installed by another user. I contact Leserskring and they said I installed it on my computer without creating an Adobe ID and cannot change the "authorization information" on my Adobe Digital Editions. If I do it now on my computer, after installing my books, I will loose all my books. Is this true or how can I correct it.

is a function of IMAP email. Roadrunner has not announced
any plans to make IMAP available. If this is important to you,

Yahoo's servers are notoriously unreliable. Use the "Yahoo" account type when setting it up. If it doesn't work, and you are positive the credentials are correct, wait a while and try again.
While you're waiting, set up a free gmail or iCloud email account.

I made a movie on iMovie and went to burn to DVD and of course I could not...contacted Apple and they said to download an app to help solve this problem...i did..so I could finally burn a DVD, but it will not play on my DVD player...HELP!!!

This is a known issue. It really comes down to two key factors - what type of DVD are you burning to + what type of DVD player you have.

Firefox crashes everytime I close a tab; the internet said it was a Norton Antivirus issue, but I contacted Norton and they are not the issue.

Every time I close a tab, Firefox crashes. These forums hinted that it was a Norton issue (and that it had been solved) so I contacted Norton. Spent 2 hrs on support with them, including them remotely controlling my computer. Norton is 100% updated, and the crashes happened EVEN WHEN WE DISABLED NORTON. So, it is NOT a Norton issue. What can I do? This is very frustrating and makes it impossible to continue to use Firefox.

so you might want to disable all norton addons in firefox > addons > extensions or upgrade to norton 2013...

I am running Firefox 5, McAfee Site advisor is blocked. I contacted McAfee and they said it won't work with Firefox 5 and that I should use an ealier version of FF or use IE. Is there a patch coming to allow Site Advisor to work on FF 5?

As above McAfee apparently feels the fault is with FF. I will admit that under the latest 3 version it worked fine. I skipped version 4 because of some things a read about it. I did go with FF5.

Tried to get the email sent to reset password, but never ever recieve it no matter how many times i try.
I then also try to do it the other why with the security questions but then says ive entered my D.O.B incorrectly.

Runing a Dell Desktop OS is Windows 7 Home premium. When I try to play TV shows all of them pause freeze up and fast forward. They granted me a re download of a series and the problem of course still persited.Contacted Apple and they said they could not help. I uninstalled and reinstalled I tunes. When i went into safe mode i was told I had an audio video playback problem when I opened I Tunes. I created a new user account pwer an Apple support article and the problem still persists. Music and videos work just fine. I am going crazy over this one. Can someone please help me out? Any help would be aprreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi..
Delete the app then reinstall.
Hold the app icon down until all the apps jiggle then tap the x then tap Delete. Press the Home button once or twice to stop the jiggling.
Then go to the iTunes store and re download the app.
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
That should download the most recent version including whatever update was available.
You won't be charged again.

So far as I am aware, books haven't been available for 6 years, so I'm wondering if you mean audiobooks.
Audiobooks are not currently part of the content that can be re-downloaded.

Let me explain a little more. I had downloaded a lot of free books in the past as a trial when iBooks was first released and since then I have decided I no longer want them, because of this I hid them from the purchased section of the iBooks store. The 5 books left are ones I decided to keep as seen in the following picture.
This is how it appears in iBooks on my mac. There are 4 books downloaded and 1 book that I have decided not to download at this time. I would still like to keep this book available in the cloud incase I want to download it again in the future. You’ll notice that hide iCloud books is not selected, if I wanted to hide the book that I have chosen to keep in the cloud, but have not downloaded yet I could.
This is exactly how I think this feature should work. If you have hidden a book from your purchases it should not show up in the mac Ibooks app. (I am aware you can never actually delete a purchase, just hide them and that hidden purchases can be restored to your account from within the account management section of the iBooks store).
The iOS app is working differently for me. Here is a picture of the purchased tab on the iBooks store in iOS Ibooks. Again notice that pictures of Lilly is still yet to be downloaded. This is how I expected it to look.
If we visit the front page of iOS iBooks the view is very different from what I expected. Here we can see the 4 books I wanted to keep on my device and have downloaded. In case there was an issue with syncing I tried logging in and out of my iTunes account via settings in iOS. Force closing the app, disabling automatic downloads and removing my device from iTunes in the cloud. Syncing with iTunes on the mac did not correct the issue either.
Interestingly I have the same issue on my iPhone 6 running iOS 8.3 as I do on my iPad mini suggesting that this might be an issue either with my account or with iOS iBooks software in general.
