Delete it from your device by holding your finger on it until it starts to shake, then hit the little cross to remove it.

Hello, I have successfully downloaded Creative Cloud and from there downloaded AI but when I try to open it all that happens is a webpage opens with three tutorials. The program itself doesn't open.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I hope you don't mind but I have added an image as I'm not very technical.
I have downloaded Creative Cloud and you can see that I have downloaded AI or so I thought. When I try to open it I just get taken to the web page shown with the tutorials. There is a download option in the top right hand corner and when I select that it just opens up creative cloud again.
I am sure I am doing something that makes me a complete idiot but I am not sure what else to do.

HT4436 I've downloaded all my devices but when I try to open ICloud the page is black and just spins

I set up my ICloud acct and downloaded my IPhone and IPad and my PC, but when I go to open it up, I get a black screen and the symbol just spins! What am I forgetting to do?

Have you tried closing the iBooks app completely and seeing if it works ok when you re-open it ? From the home screen (i.e.not with the iBooks app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the iBooks app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
If neither of the above work then you could also try deleting the app and re-installing it - as long as the books are still in the store and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used then you can re-download them for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

While 10.2 might help, there's not much you can do on the Internet these days with less than 10.4.11

If you run into the "another installation" message even after the reboot of the PC (which is an excellent idea by HTP ProXy), reregistering your Windows Installer Service is worth a try.
First, launch a command prompt as an administrator. In your Start search, type cmd then right-click on the cmd that comes up and select "Run as administrator".
At the command prompt:
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister and hit enter.
Type %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Type %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver and hit enter.
Restart the PC and try another reinstalll.

I kind of agree with Philly on this one. If you get a new email address, there is no need to establish an entirely new account to use that address. You just need to modify your account to show the new email address. This way all your purchase history and rights to purchased apps stays in place. Creating a new iTunes/Apple account each time your email address changes really doesn't make sense in my opinion. I only point this out for future searchers who end up on this thread.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

Try one or more of the following:
> Restart Your Computer
> Uninstall and Reinstall iTunes
> Reset iPod (nothing will get deleted)
> Look in My Computer (Windows 98, XP) OR Computer (Windows Vista or 7) and see if your iPod is in there.
In some cases (and this happened to me before) plug your iPod in and out your computer a few times. It should get it going. If not, then I strongly recommend starting your computer.

You'll need to install Flash Player 10.3.183.90, the last version supported for OS X 10.5.8. Download the archive zip file, http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_10.3.183.90_archive.z ip, and extract the contents. Then navigate inside the 10_3_r183_90 directory and use the file named flashplayer_10_3r183_90_mac_intel.dmg.
